Responsibilities
- Act as Senior Producer of the Brand team, and support with production needs, primarily digital and print design projects
- Leverage your deep understanding of the creative process to maintain project calendars and schedules, and guide your teams and stakeholders through the project lifecycle
- Liaise and coordinate multiple projects across all of Lucid’s teams: Marketing, Sales, HR (Human Resources), and Brand teams, providing PSAs to stakeholders as applicable
- Maintain project management platforms (Asana, Smartsheet) according to project calendars
- Set expectations and manage schedules effectively yet with a flexible manner showing solution-focused thinking beyond problem identification
- Ensure final deliverables are executed against creative targets for all projects
- Direct changes in project content or copy as needed ensuring a streamlined update process
- Be immersed in our company values and passions, instilling the integrity of the company and of brand
- Maintain constant and consistent communication with clients through email, Teams, phone, and project management software
- Solicit, review, and incorporate feedback from the team as works best
- Conducting creative request discovery.

Qualifications
- 8 years of experience working on brand-centered projects
- A degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with external agencies, creators, and talents
- Skilled in managing a high volume of creative and content
- Passion for mission-driven brands
- Expert aptitude in project management tools like Asana, Smartsheet, etc.
- Versed in all aspects of multimedia content production
