WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager (HE) who will be responsible for all social media and influencer marketing across Home Entertainment (HE) business.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and evolve .com site digital strategy for HE line of business needs.
- Partner with CX, UX/UI, content, and technology to support HE categories’ needs executing their projects & tasks.
- Build and execute innovative and impactful strategic marketing initiatives for the purpose of generating best-in-class consumer experience.
- Partner with the eCommerce team to elevate promotions, offers and merchandising programs to align with .com site Consumer Experience Journey (CEJ).
- Partner with Platforms and web development team (SDSA) to identify technical solutions that meet .com site needs.
- Partner with Performance Marketing team to build a data-driven approach for site management success via Awareness KPIs (e.g. Traffic, SEO, Visits) and Engagement KPIs (e.g. CTA engagement, continuation rate to purchase funnel) to help execute their projects & tasks.
- Manage opportunities for test & learn program, and personalization.
- Develop project plans & manage partners & stakeholders’ participation & contributions.
- Monitor and execute multiple initiatives & projects simultaneously.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying problems.
- Support senior leadership team for any communication and presentation needs.
- Manage & support digital agency of record and vendor partners.
Required Experience and Education:
- 10+ years of experience required.
- BA/BS in marketing, business or a related field.
- Significant experience in the management and leadership of digital marketing, strategy, CX, content, design & experiences.
- Working experience in eCommerce programs and merchandising programs.
- Working experience in content management systems and web technology.

We are looking for a Category Manager – Monitor & Memory who will be responsible for contributing to the strategic direction, P&L growth, and digital experience for the business on website by developing new digital products and promotions, delivering a best-in-class digital customer experience, and scaling the direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel. Key areas of responsibility include direct-to-consumer strategy implementation, cross-functional promotional and product development, on-site merchandising and digital experience optimization, identifying and driving operational efficiencies, and building a best-in-class shopping experience.
The impact you will have:
Manage:
Business ownership for Monitor and memory sales on website: Revenue, 2x top line growth, Margin, Budget, Promotions, Marketing and key stakeholder to impact the roadmap and long-term growth strategy.
Liaison with internal / external / HQ partners across: Product marketing, corporate marketing, category management, supply chain and fulfillment to implement bundling strategies to achieve 2x growth from previous year (increasing attach, AOV and overall margin).

Identify areas of opportunity and work to drive operational efficiencies (margin improvement, roadmap development, optimized fulfillment etc.).
Required Experience and Education:
- 5+ years of experience in Product/Trade/Category Marketing experience for Technology, Consumer Product and/or Consumer Electronics is required.
- College degree required; MBA a plus.
- Extensive experience implementing category strategy, preferably in eCommerce.
- Knowledge and passion for direct-to-consumer eCommerce business practices and operations.
- Digital UI/UX enhancements experience a plus.

WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for Channel Marketing Manager II to join the Home Entertainment (HE) Integrated Marketing team. You will manage HE Creative Marketing strategies and executions for our TV, Audio, and Memory products with a focus on Retail. The responsibilities of this role involve turning communications insights into brand strategies and executions for the category. These marketing efforts are intended to further business goals by driving conversion. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing assets for product launch, in-store merchandising demo content and signage, promotions and retail.com and with a specific focus on video content and flagship shop in shop experiences.
You will work closely with other key members of HE IM and product management to bring the projects to life.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Communications and Product Launch:
- Develop an overall lineup messaging hierarchy (strategy and copy) for assigned product category(s) in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for communications guides, specification sheets and other materials to be shared internally and externally.
- Prepare, execute, and track product launch materials.
- Work with legal, brand and key stakeholders on approvals, as appropriate.
- Briefs:
- Work with the team to develop insight-based and thorough creative briefs for agency partners to initiate projects.
- Project Management:
- Manage internal stakeholders and agency timelines along with deliverables schedules; communicate and align expectations cross functionally.
- Effective leadership and project management on projects.
