Job Title: Creative Producer/Project Manager

Location: 5808 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028

Compensation: $85.00-$95.00/hr

Summary:

As a Creative Producer/Project Manager working at the world’s largest entertainment streaming giant, you’ll serve as the connective tissue of collaboration across various projects, disciplines, and stakeholders within Emerging Creative. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating the seamless execution of creative endeavors, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. You’ll be the conduit between product designers, design managers, content designers, product marketing teams, engineers, brand representatives, and product managers, harmonizing efforts to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple disciplines and projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain clear project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria.

2. Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged, informed, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage expectations and address concerns proactively, mitigating risks and conflicts as they arise.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, milestones, and potential areas of concern.

4. Resource Allocation:

  • Work closely with leads to identify resource gaps and optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.

5. Problem Solving:

  • Anticipate and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging creative problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project outcomes.

6. Quality Assurance:

  • Uphold quality standards and best practices across all projects, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure adherence to project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in project management, required in a creative or design-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Airtable, Coda, Figma) required.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with creative tools and asset management (understand what vector files are, after effects, etc.)
  • Familiarity with multi-disciplinary creative process (has worked on projects that requires reigning in different disciplines like visual design, audio, product design towards the creation of a deliverable). Would love to see specific examples of projects they’ve delivered like campaigns, etc.
  • Someone who understands the creative process inclusive of the Design Process (design thinking) and the Product Development lifecycle.

Compensation: $41.00/hr

Contract Details: The world’s largest streaming entertainment company is seeking an Awards Coordinator for a three month contract to assist with the remaining 2023/2024 Season. Duties are shown below.

Screening Assets

  • Sending assets for screenings (key art, trailers, film info, etc.)
  • Sending posters
  • Fulfilling AMPAS library poster requests

Invites Support

  • Internal AMPAS/Guild list Invites (Constant Contact)
  • Event Google Form management
  • Proofing

RSVP Support

  • Tracking Event RSVPs, leading on updating the team daily on current RSVP
  • counts
  • Pulling clean RSVP lists for tastemakers + special events
  • RSVP Support for Judy

Website Support

  • Website Assets & Delivery
  • Helping Rebecka to ensure all awards/accolades are included

Events

  • Advertising updated panelists

Consultant Support

  • Resource Guide Updates
  • Tasking consultants with inviting to events
  • Setting consultant calls with Sydney/Nathalie

Timelines

  • Updating Title Timelines

Events at a Glance

  • Keeping the document up to date
  • Requesting security for events
  • Requesting agency briefings + coverage for events

Moderator Briefings

  • Kick off and manage the ROS portion.
  • Ensure they are sent to moderators in advance of the event.

Staffing

  • Helping to staff for check-in/talent support where necessary
  • Helping to staff film festival programmer screenings

Coordinating venue pickup and deliveries

  • Parking validations
  • Special chair needs

Talent Relations & Award Ceremonies

  • Updating noms/wins airtable and Film Honors doc
  • Update master grids w/ nominee info and event logistics
  • Calendar invites
  • Book ads
  • Face Sheet Curation

  • Kick off speech drafts
  • Staffing support as needed

Booking presenter/talent cars for ceremonies/awards events

  • Organizing car grids for ceremonies

  • Buildout, updates and approvals for nomination and final voter guides
  • Manage outreach schedule re voting windows

The Digital Experience Manager, Social Media reports to the Team Lead, Social Media and is accountable for delivering high-quality, timely, and efficient digital customer experiences through social media. This individual has the ability to articulate the power of the channel and also execute social media programs on behalf of ***’s commercial products & teams. The social media team partners across Commercial, Medical and Government Affairs (CMG) to orchestrate and deliver integrated digital customer experiences that drive measurable business and patient outcomes.

*** believes that well-rounded social media professionals must have experience across multiple aspects of social media marketing, community, and platform management. A successful candidate will have broad experience across all of the following competency areas and deep expertise in at least three of them:

– Paid Social

– Content creation (as the creator or managing the process)

– Organic social media

– Social Listening & analytics

– Community management

– Influencer engagement and activation

– Platform management (such as Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout Social, etc)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives customer and patient-centric social media programs, with a bias for quality and efficiency
  • Partners with product marketing teams to translate marketing strategy into integrated, omni-channel digital strategies and tactics
  • Manages agency partners to ensure high-quality strategy, content, and execution; Leads development of social-first creative
  • Works within a social media media management system to develop and adhere to best practices for delivery of social media and ensures partners do as well
  • Educate the organization about the best use of influencers and activate them for the benefit of patients and customers
  • Leverages internal analytics and external data to support insights and business-focused recommendations
  • Understands the interplay between paid media, social media, email, and website touchpoints and can speak to the role each plays across the customer and patient journey.
  • Creates project plans and ensures key milestones, dependencies and timelines are proactively communicated across stakeholders and partners
  • Seeks opportunities to optimize, test pilots, or advance new capabilities and share learnings across XO and the broader enterprise

Skills

  • An analytical mindset that translates to the creative-side of social media content development
  • Deep familiarity with paid social media, including how to buy and optimize campaigns and content
  • Highly experienced working within a SMMS, Sprinklr is highly desirable
  • Fluency in all social media analytics, across all major social media platforms
  • Ability to apply data and analysis to drive decision making
  • Strong planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet goals within the constraints of time and budget
  • Adept at vendor/agency management to maintain healthy partnerships and deliver operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years with a focus on social media
  • 7+ years experience working in digital/software marketing, digital production, marketing technology, or marketing operations related functions
  • Pharma experience or experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus
