POSITION SUMMARY
Beauty Concept Brands is looking for a highly efficient, experienced, and goal-oriented Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
About Us:
We are family-owned beauty brand that is family-run. Born in 2017 , Skin Gym is a beauty tools focused beauty brand sold in major retailers. We also have a sister brand, PaintLab – press-on nails and lashes and sold in Walmart. We are a small team working out of our DTLA office, this person will be joining our our social team which has 2 social media coordinators. We create amazing products that is sold in retailers such us ULTA , Walmart , Macy’s and many more.
About You :
Our ideal candidate will help drive Skin Gym & PaintLab’s product marketing, social media platforms, and creator and influencer strategies and projects.
This includes: crafting product marketing messages to support sell-in and sell-through, conducting ongoing competitive and product analysis to drive business priorities, and working cross-functionally with social and team to build our community.
Responsibilities:
• This leader will develop and execute and plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.
- Lead the brand strategy, execution and engagement experience, creating and executing 360 national GTM marketing plans (in-store and online) to support brand initiatives
- Collaborate with Founder and COO, Accounts and Social teams to build our product, social, and community marketing
- Crafting a holistic approach, integrating multiple digital channels and strategies to achieve overarching marketing goals.
- Develop product positioning and marketing messages for new product launches; identify key features and benefits, performance targets, and coordinate consumer studies for claims development/substantiation
- Partner closely with creative on brand initiatives: ensure clear communication across copy, package direction, photography, videography, display development, etc.
- Maintain accurate files on ongoing projects, timetables for new product launches and ensure deadlines are met
•Collaborate with copywriter and PD on product naming, positioning and marketing messages
• Partner with email analyst and digital e-commerce assistant for product marketing alignment
• Create strategic presentation materials for internal, retail partner, and creator/ influencer meetings including new product launch one sheets and decks, product profiles, comps, etc.
• Drives consumer marketing plans and prioritization within the Go-to-Market process, balancing global, regional and channel needs.
• Collect and analyze industry and sell-through trends, category shifts, COG changes and recommend shifts as needed.
• Collect and analyze product conversations in social media channels along with first hand feedback from creators
• Work collaboratively with social media to build our community strategy
- Oversee and collaborate with our marketing agency (PPC, search) , PR agency and our Paid Social manager
Qualifications:
• Position requires 3-5+ years of marketing in the beauty industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities • Ability to be flexible and agile with constant changes and time restraints

POSITION SUMMARY
Beauty Concept Brands ( including brands Skin Gym and PaintLab) is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who will be a key player in driving brand growth via a strong and creative social media, UGC, and influencer strategy. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across all social platforms, with the goal of driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth
The right candidate will ensure plans support overall brand objectives, which include, but are not limited to; campaigns, product launches, ecomm and retail promotions, etc. You stay up to date with social trends and are nimble to pivot as needed, while working with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute strategies across all social media platforms.
• Work with design, content creators and influencers to develop creative, on-trend, educational content that drives engagement and intent.
• Execute the day-to-day management and maintenance of social media channels including scheduling content, posting, drafting captions, updating/maintaining as needed.
• Source, manage, and maintain relationships with content creators and influencers. Feel comfortable briefing and negotiating rates, usage, etc.
• Assist paid media team with the creation of content for paid media campaigns.
• Monitor social media conversations and trends related to our brand, industry, and competitors. Gather insights, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve our social media strategies and enhance customer engagement.
• Set performance metrics specific to each platform. Regularly measure, analyze, and evolve social media strategy based on findings. Report on statistics monthly.
• Manage timelines (update and communicate changes as needed) to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Support team on site at photoshoots for BTS and branded content.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree or 5+ years of experience managing and growing brands with over 100k followers
SKILLS:
• Strong understanding of the intersection of social media and omni-channel marketing with the ability to view social media through both a social and omni-channel lens.
• Master of all major social media platforms, including emerging ones.
• Proven history of conceptualizing and executing effective social campaigns from a strategic and creative standpoint, and ensuring they meet marketing goals and deadlines.
• Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice.
• Deep knowledge of social media measurement tools; ability to use analytics to develop and evolve strategy.
• Proactive and hands-on self-starter with ability to remain cool under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Creative, resourceful and entrepreneurial spirit to proactively identify opportunities and adapt nimbly to the ever-evolving beauty landscape.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects at once, while ensuring timely delivery/completion.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, interpersonal communication and project management skills with a positive, no-task-too-small mentality.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in CPG, Beauty or Fashion

Beauty Concept Brands (brands include Skin Gym + PaintLab ) is currently looking for a Creative Content Assistant to join the team, reporting to the Marketing Manager. You are responsible for delivering inspiring, disruptive, and innovative content to help engage new + existing fans of our brands. We’re looking for an organized team player with a sharp creative mind who understands social strategy content across various channels.
What You’ll Do:
• Film + edit engaging content daily for organic social media including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Group, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube
• Scour TikTok/Instagram for the coolest trends and viral content
• Pitch ideas that are fresh, exciting, and aligned with our brand and audience
• Leading end-to-end content creation and production processes across our Brand Initiatives. More specifically:
• Successfully planning, managing and executing photoshoots, scheduling, on a daily to weekly basis for our social channels
• Assisting in the creation long and short-form video production for campaigns, ongoing / evergreen social content from conception to execution
• Ensuring the brand content strategy is properly implemented, while maintaining the brand voice and brand identity throughout all deliverables
Qualifications:
• You have some experience in a similar role, preferably on an internal creative team or personal social media experience.
• You have strong experience in content creation and production processes, with an innate ability for storytelling that upholds our brand values of creating diverse and equitable content.
• You have strong passion for social strategy: including but not limited to creating content calendars, collecting UGC, creating memes, uncovering trending sounds, content creation such as filming, editing, posting.
• You are proficient in all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc) and understand how to create content for each.
• Understands social media best practices, knows “what’s trending” and is always on your #FYP
More specifically:
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, punctual, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
