Job Description

Eye5 is seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to join the team for the upcoming Thrivent Fan Fest, a large-scale celebration designed for Special Olympics athletes, their families, coaches, and the local community. This multi-day event will take place at the University of Minnesota and offers an opportunity to represent a major event while engaging with attendees in a positive and energetic environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador during Thrivent Fan Fest.
  • Interact with event attendees, athletes, families, and community members.
  • Represent the event and client professionally at all times.
  • Assist with event operations and guest engagement activities.
  • Maintain a friendly, outgoing, and helpful attitude throughout the event.
  • Follow event schedules and staff instructions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and reliable demeanor.
  • Comfortable working long event days in a public-facing role.
  • Ability to engage with diverse audiences and large crowds.
  • Previous promotional, event staffing, or brand ambassador experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be available for all scheduled event dates.

Compensation

  • $1,860 total pay
  • $30 per day travel stipend
  • Multi-day event assignment

A corporate symposium conference is seeking reliable and professional conference staffers to assist with event operations at a major convention venue. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy working in fast-paced event environments. Selected candidates will support attendees, assist with event logistics, and help ensure the conference runs smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist conference attendees.
  • Provide directions and information throughout the event venue.
  • Support registration and check-in processes.
  • Assist with event logistics and crowd management.
  • Coordinate with event supervisors and staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Represent the event professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation to the event location.
  • Previous event staffing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must submit a recent photo and résumé for consideration.

Compensation Details

  • $23–$25 per hour.
  • Overtime pay available where applicable.
