A publicly-listed fintech has a new opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join a growing brand.

The B2C fintech is a well-established online trading app and its marketing team of more than 70 people is seeking a new Social Media Manager to spearhead the social media marketing function, managing organic & paid social campaigns.

Financial services experience is desirable but not essential. If you are a digital content marketer, with an interest in stocks and investing, this is a great opportunity to join a leading fintech.

Central London HQ – 3 days a week in the office.

About the Social Media Manager Role

As Social Media Manager, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to join an employer committed to developing, retaining and motivating exceptional people.

The Social Media Manager will:

  • Manage end-to-end social media campaigns across Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
  • Analysing and reporting on various KPIs to measure the performance of campaigns to deliver continued improvements
  • Collaborate with Brand and Paid Media departments at all levels on advertising strategy and to understand the customer’s wants and needs

Required skills and experience of the Social Media Manager:

  • Preferably, 3+ years’ B2C digital marketing experience
  • Ideally, an interest in trading and investing
  • Demonstrable experience in working successfully with multiple stakeholders

The Social Media Manager will be offered a very competitive salary paying from £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience), plus a bonus.

Overview:

An opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our organization as the Head of Fashion Category on a contract basis. This role will play a critical part in driving growth and success within this area of our business, while serving as a member of the UK management team.

Location: South West London

Contract Length: 4 Months

Salary: £400 -£490 per day via Umbrella (DoE)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative programs and strategies to support growth, manage seller behavior, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Lead and direct the Fashion Category, including defining strategy, establishing operational processes, and building key relationships.
  • Source and secure relevant, market-leading inventory to support strategy execution and enhance competitiveness.
  • Plan and execute cross-functional projects to strengthen the company’s position in the market.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key sellers, brands, and retailers.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline to acquire, grow, and retain sellers, partners, and brands.
  • Create and execute annual strategy and quarterly commercial plans as part of the trading leadership team.
  • Lead and collaborate effectively in a matrix environment, building strong partnerships with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and People teams.
  • Mentor and inspire team members to drive business results, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, motivation, and fun.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a digital B2C or C2C environment, specifically in e-commerce or consumer-facing online platforms, with a strong interest in Fashion, Shoes & Accessories.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget/P&L management and delivery.
  • Strong executive presence and effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex business issues and strategies in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Proven people leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and leading teams.
  • Ability to articulate the vision and purpose of initiatives and programs in relation to long-term goals and objectives.

EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment

Working for a business which specialises in luxury tourism you will be joining as their new Content Producer. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to help with filming for social media, photography and video editing.

Based in South West London you will be joining a marketing team of 11, working in a collaborative and supportive environment with ongoing training and development.

Key responsibilities;

  • Supporting the Social Media Manager to implement marketing strategy across social media channels via content production.
  • Help build the social media content plan and help decide the most effective content, such as imagery, animation, and graphics.
  • Planning and the production of social content, stills and Video
  • Sourcing content from stock.
  • Creating and editing using design tools from Adobe Suite, creating video content, using Instagram Reels and Tik Tok.

Essentials to be considered for this role:

  • Have experience with Adobe Suite, such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro and InDesign.
  • Experience in creating content for social media
  • Video editing experience
  • Filming and photography experience
  • Full right to work in the UK
