Right now we are looking for an exceptional Digital/OTT Client Success Manager to join our Media Services Team

What You Will Do

  • Manage relationships and day-to-day correspondence with digital/OTT partners/clients
  • Assist with the pre-sales, campaign feasibility, set-up, reporting and campaign optimization across OTT and digital campaigns
  • Responsible for digital/OTT campaign forecasting and pricing, coordinating with other internal stakeholders
  • Liaison between external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with upsells and other revenue opportunities
  • Participate in cross functional teams to establish product enhancements and partner offerings
  • Work with clients on special projects, managing deliverables and expectations
  • Post-campaign analysis
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Your Skills

  • Experience working in digital/OTT Advertising Operations or DSP campaign management
  • Critical thinking, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to influence action and see projects through to implementation.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with third party ad servers (DART, Innovid, etc.), IVT vendors and digital measurement partners
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Powerpoint and Google Docs
  • BA/BS required
  • 5+ years in Client Services or Digital Campaign Management
  • Thrive in a team environment

Location is New York City

$90,000 – $110,000

This information is provided per the New York City Human Rights Law. Base pay range information is based on market location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the base pay range associated with that location

The Cadent Product team is seeking an ambitious, experienced product leader to guide our Converged TV DSP though a cycle of rapid growth and expansion. Leveraging data driven decision-making, your in-depth knowledge of demand side platforms and the ad tech ecosystem, you will manage our Converged TV DSP roadmap and partner with platform sales and business development teams on go-to market strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Define the DSP product roadmap through client feedback, market analysis and competitive research
  • Determine product demand, position, viability, and profitability and prioritize accordingly
  • Lead and influence a team of product owners and software engineers to create clearly defined product and feature concepts, business requirements and practical implementation plans to deliver
  • Break down complex, unstructured problems into well-defined, manageable problems recommended solutions
  • Provide product education and ecosystem thought leadership throughout the organization
  • Support platform sales and business development partnerships and conversations; manage demo environments and scripts to ensure our product shines to current and potential new customers
  • Lead thoughtful, well-crafted DSP RFI and RFP responses
  • Foster strong working relationships with various internal departments including Product team colleagues, Engineering, Sales/Business Development, Marketing & Operations
  • Recruit talent across product and engineering teams

Your skills and experience

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager for a DSP, SSP or DMP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with executive level communication and presentations
  • Ability to understand and construct complex data algorithms
  • Functional knowledge of SQL and ability to run ad-hoc analyses with minimal involvement from engineering a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science degree a plus

The full-time annual base salary ranges for this role are listed below, by location. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining final salary. Please note, this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Cadent is willing to pay at the time of this posting. All regular Cadent employees are eligible for a target bonus, health insurance, 401(k), life insurance and disability benefits, Flexible Time Off (FTO), special leaves that include disability, parental, and family care leave, and a wide array of voluntary benefits including pet insurance.

Cadent is looking for a passionate Product Manager to provide product strategy, management, and execution of the Cadent Addressable and High Indexing Linear (HIL) software platforms.

You will be working with a team of individuals who are great teammates and critical thinkers – your time at Cadent will level you up in many ways. You’ll get to work as a product leader and to collaborate with engineers, user experience teams, and client-facing teams who are all working to redefine the advanced advertising space in the US and abroad. You’ll have opportunities to take ownership over solutions and solve complex problems from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.

What You Will Do

  • Integrate with the product team to achieve your goals. These teams consist of product managers, product owners, business analysts and UX/UI staff members.
  • Lead a talented team of software and QA engineers to deliver new features based on your roadmap
  • Define, own and communicate a product roadmap that deliver products and features and drive revenue growth through strong positioning and differentiation.
  • Ensure that business goals are met and allow us to reveal powerful usage insights and drive strategic decision-making for customers and the industry.
  • Collaborate with key functional stakeholders (including data science, sales, marketing, services, support, engineering, and finance) to establish product plans, pricing frameworks, business cases and go-to-market plans for platform solutions and new reporting solutions.
  • Support sales and other customer-facing teams in high-value meetings with prospects and customers.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the TV and Advertising space, including engagement with all segments of the customer base.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of total experience; ideally in product related roles
  • Great attitude and a love of teamwork
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Evidence of management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field experience (advanced degree preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the digital or tv advertising space (addressable and/or indexed TV experience a big plus)
  • Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience interacting with client-facing positions (sales or marketing)
  • A strong, proven track record of shipping great products
