Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Multimedia Manager to support our global financial services client’s project for a 6+ month engagement. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about driving and delivering excellent results, we’re looking for you!

The Details:
- Duration: 6+ month contract role
- Hybrid (1-2 days a week in office)

What you will do:
- Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Implement and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with project managers, creative teams, and internal and external clients to facilitate project execution and meet deadlines.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and monitoring to ensure projects are on track and within scope.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for projects, including arranging meetings, coordinating travel, and managing project related documents.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members within the studios.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment through effective leadership and conflict resolution.
- Help in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, including freelancers.
- Assist in budget planning and financial management for studio operations, including tracking expenses and reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Allocate equipment, space, and materials to various projects and teams as needed.
- Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and technology, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary resources.
Qualifications
Who you are:
An experienced multimedia manager who has experience overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of virtual multimedia and creative studios.
What you have:
- Possess 5-7 years of progressive experience in multimedia production: including video production, graphic design, animation, and related areas.
- Demonstrated knowledge with digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media platforms is required.
- Strong project management skills are necessary, including the ability to plan, budget, and manage timelines effectively.
- Showcase proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Sitecore, Brightcove is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Embrace a collaborative and client-centric mindset, with a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, highly cooperative team environment.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of work at the highest quality standards.
Additional information
The starting pay range for this role is $75 – $80.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance. The Marketing Technology Manager will play a critical role in supporting the customer data platform environment and will be responsible for creating audience segments, collecting data signals, defining audiences, and sending them out to destinations.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Technology Manager role requires a candidate with strong technical expertise in operating a customer data platform, particularly with experience in proof-of-concept build-outs and business-focused audience definition.
The successful candidate will have experience working with Adobe Analytics and Journey Orchestrator (or Customer Analytics) to build and define requirements for the job.
Responsibilities:
· Operating the customer data platform and creating audience segments
· Collecting data signals and defining audiences
· Sending defined audiences to destinations
· Pulling customer-facing data into the customer data platform
· Working with IT and media teams to ensure proper integration of data
· Collaborating with the solution architect to design and implement solutions

Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in customer data platform environments
· 3+ years of marketing experience
· 3+ years of CDP management experience
· Strong technical expertise in proof-of-concept build-outs
· Strong business focus and experience defining audiences
· Experience working with Adobe Analytics and Journey Orchestrator (or Customer Analytics)
· Ability to work with a solution architect to design and implement solutions
· Ability to work with IT and media teams to ensure proper integration of data

- 4-8+ years of Product Development experience for a consumer-facing website, or digital product, preferably Omnichannel or eCommerce
Skills:
- Experience with Riversand product inventory management (PIM)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and/or Quantum Metrics
- Experience with Treasure Data and/or Kibo
- Experience in Agile methodology and JIRA or similar tools preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a product roadmap, a deep understanding of customers’ needs, the product, and the competitive landscape
- Improve website discovery through SEO and keyword strategy while improving the user experience on website by optimizing product detail pages
- Utilize SEO & Search to land on the site and search for a product
- Define and benchmark KPIs for business case development and prioritization and continuously monitor KPIs for opportunities to innovate and improve
- With an in-depth understanding of what makes a user experience good or bad, partner with UX Team to ideate and deliver a better site experience for our customers, submit ideas, and regularly participate in A/B test conversations
- Evaluate new solution offerings, vendor evaluation matrix, and selection
- Write user stories, maintain a prioritized backlog to support the roadmaps and business objectives
- Ensure continuous delivery of value-add features for our customers, working with delivery partners to define the when
- Partner with the Quality assurance team and User Acceptance Testers to ensure the delivered product meets the business objectives and launch criteria
- Perform pre/post-launch analysis to measure and report on product performance metrics
