Your Direct Responsibilities

  • Work with TBNR Producer and Production team assisting in:
    • Coordinating and executing all production logistics for our IRL YouTube Channels

    • Scheduling and leading scouts/walkthroughs/playtests/pre-production meetings
    • Securing filming locations, rentals, releases, and building/managing our relationships and roster
    • Tracking all production purchases & reconciling credit card receipts per episode
    • Coordinating all main talent, animal talent, extras or specialists and any accommodations needed
    • Coordinating travel and accommodations when we are filming outside of Dallas
    • Coordinating additional freelance crew when a production calls for it
    • Coordinating and executing any meals/catering

The Executive Producer is responsible for making sure all our client projects are released on time and within budget. As the Executive Producer, you are ultimately responsible for our clients AAA projects and your goal will be to manage development from concept through to release and delivery of a high-quality engaging game for various platforms. We are hiring a full-time, in-person, Video Producer, starting January 16, 2023. Salary range is $50-$70k, depending on experience and skillset, plus benefits. Two years of experience working in the video production industry is required. We would also consider applicants with experience in advertising & wedding/event planning, but we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of how commercial film projects and sets operate.

 

We are small business, so we wear many hats depending on the project. We are looking for someone who has a degree of flexibility. Every project is different, so we are also looking for someone who is not afraid of challenge and uncertainty, and has a willingness to learn.

 

Our ideal candidate is someone with a high degree of professionalism and organization. You would be the go-to person for logistics for our projects. You would be working directly with our Executive Producer and interfacing often with our clients, crew, and cast. You will see projects through from initial point-of-contact with the client to the shoot day.

 

There will be opportunities to take on creative roles, but this is not a principally creative role. We really need someone who is passionate and skilled with communication, organization and logistics. However, producers in the past have grown into other creative roles (editing, directing) and we would welcome that if you show an affinity.

 

There is some opportunity to work remotely, but this is a mostly in-person role, so you will need to be based in Austin and willing to come into the office at least half the time. Working hours are very flexible when we’re not shooting, but on shoot days hours can run long. We occasionally work weekends and travel for work.

The Media Director is someone who has a deep passion and curiosity in social and digital culture and understands how to make a brand stand out. They will be responsible for driving the strategy and ensuring the successful execution of content across all our social channels. This person will bring ambition and positivity each day, fostering creativity and relationships with influencers.

The Media Director will work cross-functionally and partner with key members across marketing, operations, and lead the social creative direction for all our brands across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive social media plans to boost brand image and increase engagement
  • Develop, produce and curate engaging and high-quality photos, videos, and reels that positively showcase the brands within the VHG portfolio on social media, particularly Instagram.
  • Understand the company’s values and ensure all social media aligns and displays them, ensuring that the representation of our brands is consistent.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across all social channels with a keen eye for creative excellence
  • Build and organize a library of photos, videos and more for both social media and overall marketing use.
  • Support marketing team in organizing various projects and assist with administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Skilled at scaling global social media content, and driving continuous improvement based on KPIs and industry trends
  • Drive innovation across all social channels, remaining up to date on new technology, platforms, macro trends, and competitor activities to apply to strategic plans
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure goals are aligned
  • Partner with company leadership to build and grow brands

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in visual media arts, videography, photography, or related field
  • Previous experience producing social media-specific photo & video
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media
  • Attention to detail to ensure you capture the perfect This includes knowing the right angles, lighting and background to make the food look appealing and will also ensure you get the right shot the first time.
  • Impeccable time management skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication
  • Ability to work flexible hours that can include evenings and occasionally
  • Ability to travel to our different restaurant locations across the US including but not limited to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Dallas, and Houston.
  • Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr) a
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus.
