All media includes, but is not limited to, online (corporate, social, paid), GIFs, print, email blasts, Dealer, Connected TV/Streaming Services, for 5 years effective from the first use date. Usage end dates apply only to assets where talent is identifiable; shots where talent is not recognizable can be used perpetually. The agency has the right to use the assets for self-promotion perpetually.
• Fittings (if needed on non-shoot day): $50/hour (paid as work time if done on shoot day).
• Agent Fees: 20% on wages.
