You are a rockstar at videography and photography. You love making content, relentlessly are consuming content on social media and from TV/Movies, are highly disciplined and self-motivated, always coming up with new ways to contribute instead of waiting to be given tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Shoot video + photo for lookbooks, e-commerce, campaigns, digital ads, social media, and other Sene channels
  • Generate & execute a high volume of high quality content ideas for ads and social
  • Manage all post-production for photos and videos (i.e., editing, coloring)

Requirements:

  • Based in Los Angeles
  • MUST be a boss at photo + video

This role is embedded within the Brand’s Content business unit and works cross-functionally within various teams and departments at Lucid. The Senior Producer has an understanding of creative production workflow and scheduling, creative development, and negotiation across content types. The Senior Producer is responsible for ensuring the successful flow of marketing collateral to creative and production teams to aid in the deliverance of brand content output to the highest standard supporting the brand’s core mission and DNA, from ideation to execution on time and on budget.
  • Responsibilities

  • Act as Senior Producer of the Brand team, and support with production needs, primarily digital and print design projects
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the creative process to maintain project calendars and schedules, and guide your teams and stakeholders through the project lifecycle
  • Liaise and coordinate multiple projects across all of Lucid’s teams: Marketing, Sales, HR (Human Resources), and Brand teams, providing PSAs to stakeholders as applicable
  • Maintain project management platforms (Asana, Smartsheet) according to project calendars
  • Set expectations and manage schedules effectively yet with a flexible manner showing solution-focused thinking beyond problem identification
  • Ensure final deliverables are executed against creative targets for all projects
  • Direct changes in project content or copy as needed ensuring a streamlined update process
  • Be immersed in our company values and passions, instilling the integrity of the company and of brand
  • Maintain constant and consistent communication with clients through email, Teams, phone, and project management software
  • Solicit, review, and incorporate feedback from the team as works best
  • Conducting creative request discovery.
  • Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience working on brand-centered projects
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with external agencies, creators, and talents
  • Skilled in managing a high volume of creative and content
  • Passion for mission-driven brands
  • Expert aptitude in project management tools like Asana, Smartsheet, etc.
  • Versed in all aspects of multimedia content production

  • Men need to be willing to get your hair trimmed and I am not sure if they are allowing mustaches so you need to be prepared to be clean shaven.
  • Men should be size 38 waist or smaller. Women need to have hair that is shoulder length (to the clavicle) or shorter, your fingernails need to either be free of polish, or you need to be able to file them in an oval shape and we can show you the polish colors (mostly reds).
  • Ladies should be a size 10 or smaller.
  • Ladies should be height 5’3 or taller please.
  • Ladies you cannot have visible tattoos – we will be fitting you in vintage evening gowns so your arms will be showing.

Hiring Experienced Stand-In

This job will work thru April of 2023. You will work as background at the SAG BG rate on days you are not standing in.

  • Run multiple projects at once, delegating supportive tasks to teammates as necessary to ensure we are producing strong conceptual and expressive work that is engaging and reflects a cohesive visual style, voice, and tone.
  • Predict and/or identify roadblocks and obstacles, and proactively establish meetings or integration points between teams to address and resolve them.

What It Takes To Catch Our Eye

  • Experience within the world of production. Both agency and in-house experience preferred.
  • The ability to review, critique, and negotiate bids for experiential, digital, content (video & photo), and physical product production.
  • A proven leader with experience managing teams in all stages of development from pre-production through ship and post-launch.
  • Relationship builder that proactively looks to foster and maintain inclusive, positive, collaborative relationships in the Studio.
  • Ability to work well remotely and communicate effectively in the Slack, Monday.com, and Google environments.
