Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Photo Operations Manager will lead the E-Commerce Production team’s product image strategy, including product photography, renderings, and videos. You will work cross-functionally and with our external partners to create industry leading product visualizations and ensure image consistency across our product line. In partnership with our engineering and product management teams, you will work to continuously improve the product visualization experience on our site.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong eye for detail and the ability to set up efficient and scalable operational processes. This leader plays a pivotal role in our E-Commerce Production team to ensure our website is supported through all digital production assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for product page imagery
  • Support the 3D rendering and photography team in ramping existing production and spearheading new projects
  • Quality assure 3D renderings and provide timely feedback
  • Work with the project manager to set and meet product retouch and rendering KPIs
  • Develop productive relationships with external photo partners and onboard new partners as needed
  • Partner with diamond operations team and our external photo teams to achieve consistency in diamond imagery and video assets
  • Work with merchandising, inventory, and creative teams to schedule on-figure model photoshoots with our external photography partners
  • Audit and update website with new product imagery and video content
  • Proactively troubleshoot and offer resolution to issues related to imagery processes, including render farm monitoring and image asset uploads
  • Support website development features related to product imagery in partnership with our product managers and engineering team
  • Lead a team of direct reports and aid in growth and development of team through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and leading by example

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ relevant working experience, including team management experience
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce photo and retouch process
  • Experience with or knowledge of 3D rendering process, preferred
  • High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Bridge
  • Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of CMS systems
  • Creative thinker who excels at developing scalable operational processes
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to uphold brand standards
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to understand technical creative processes such as 3D rendering and photo editing automation scripts
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize time effectively and project manage amidst shifting priorities and deadlines.

The targeted budget for this position is $90k – $100k. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience successfully finding, navigating and closing enterprise-level clients as well as experience managing a team of 5 or more Enterprise Account Executives carrying individual quotas of over $1M in ARR. In addition, experience selling a marketing automation, CRM, email, or analytics solution is highly preferred. This position will report to the VP of Sales and is fully remote located within the United States and will manage a fully remote US based sales team.

YOU WILL

  • Recruit, train and lead a team of elite Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition and expansion strategy.
  • Align go-to-market teams (SDR, marketing, executive) to execute the plan for pipeline growth and quarterly ARR achievement.
  • Train and coach your team through a consultative sales process, engage and support sales campaigns in a hands-on manner.
  • Provide and communicate detailed and accurate sales forecasting to sales and executive leadership.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quota carrying Enterprise Sales.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing a team of Enterprise Sales Executives (experience managing an outbound prospecting team preferred).
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Success, Sales Operations and Executive Leadership.
  • Outstanding verbal, written and stand-up presentation skills.
  • A proven connector in your daily life through social media and other mediums.
  • Up to date on digital and application trends, especially in the messaging space.
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision makers and decision-making process for large SaaS investments.
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company preferred.

Base Compensation Range

$175k-$225k. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location. In combination with base salary, Cordial’s compensation package includes equity and bonus, a robust benefit plan (medical/dental/vision/life), 401k match, flexible time off. Job Description

The NBCU Entertainment Cross-Platform Insights and Analytics teams is looking for a Senior Manager who will leverage various data sources to develop analyses, insights, and forecasts in support of NBCU’s entertainment networks, with a focus on content for its six cable networks (Bravo, E!, Oxygen, USA, SYFY, and Universal Kids) across linear and digital platforms.

The person in this role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Cross-Platform Insights & Analytics within the team’s cable entertainment group, and will work in support of Senior Leadership, Program Planning, Content, Marketing, Finance, and Press & Publicity, as well as collaborate with Peacock’s Content Evaluation/Analytics team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about using data-driven insights to influence decision making in the TV industry. Along with strategic thinking, strong writing, and data visualization, they will be able to quickly learn, use, and draw insights from various research tools.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of quantitative analysis across NBCU’s cable entertainment portfolio, including Bravo, E!, Oxygen, USA, SYFY, and Universal Kids
  • Support development and maintenance of key portfolio optimization initiatives
  • Prepare executive dashboards for senior management at cable brand strategy meetings
  • Leverage various data sources (i.e., Nielsen, ComScore, Adobe/Omniture) and collaborate with Peacock’s Content Evaluation/Analytics teams to generate streaming/cross-platform insights for shows and content shared across linear and streaming
  • Produce impactful regular reports around brand performance, content opportunities, viewing behavior, and landscape trends
  • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations via written memos and PowerPoint presentations for recurring and ad hoc requests across the portfolio
  • Provide support in forecasting both network and program viewership during key estimate cycles
  • Help manage Senior Analysts and Analysts on various projects and requests
  • Stay abreast of television and research industry news, trends and best practices

  • 5+ years of Media research experience at a broadcast or cable network, streaming service, agency, or research vendor
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Expertise working with Nielsen NPower (i.e., tracking, Reach & Frequency, Duplication, Segmentation)
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office applications with significant experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with large data sets and visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Domo)
  • Strong quantitative skills, including both analytical abilities as well as math proficiency
  • Ability to identify, distill, and articulate clear and actionable brand stories, insights and recommendations from a variety of data points and sources
