NBCUniversal is a leader in providing entertainment programming to the US and international marketplaces. The Global Television Distribution division is responsible for the distribution of NBCUniversal products to all forms of linear and digital media. This includes the distribution of current and library theatrical movies, direct-to-video movies, documentaries, and specials, plus all forms of television products – scripted TV series, non-scripted TV series, mini-series, animation, and TV movies.
Overview
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for servicing current broadcast and library TV materials to a select group of Worldwide Electronic-Sell Through, Video-On-Demand, Subscription Video on Demand, and Ad-Supported Video-On-Demand clients who license products from NBC Universal Television. This position will be responsible for setting up the delivery in a timely fashion and in accordance with contractual terms.
This individual will report to the Manager, WW New Media Platform TV Servicing
Responsibilities
- Research availability of materials needed to service clients within provided timeline, including time sensitive launches per contractual terms.
- Investigate and resolve material rejections.
- Deal with inquiries from clients, responding to all questions and concerns regarding NBC Universal product within division SLA.
- Complete status reports and research projects as requested by Sales, Account Management teams and Supervisor.
- Maintain reports of all products licensed, delivery requirements, and status of servicing across clients assigned. Update purchase order and inventory systems with relevant delivery and invoice information in a timely manner.
- Interact with Sales, Sales Administration, Legal, Marketing, Publicity, Technical Services and outside Post Production and storage facilities to prioritize asset creation and delivery for one or more of the following media: EST, VOD, SVOD, and AVOD.
- Coordinate with Supervisor, Sales, Finance and Legal to insure that license agreements are properly approved before proceeding with delivery.
- Assist in metadata and art delivery when needed.
- Perform other related duties as requested by management.
- Work long hours as needed, including weekends .

Position Summary
The Commercial Finishing Associate Producer is responsible for working closely with Senior Producers to manage all aspects of a color/finishing project, from planning and scheduling resources, tracking and billing actuals against initial bids, and working with creative teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the Company 3 standards of quality. The role requires a basic working knowledge and desire to further understand post-production workflows (primarily color, conform, 2D comp, graphics, and final delivery video formats/specs in Flame).

- Maintain show contact lists and technical data, including vendor information, camera, capture and finish specifications. Understanding of all aspects of the production and post production process is a must.
- Pull clips for internal departments such as Publicity, Legal and the Awards team. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere a must!

- Receive and coordinate delivery of camera masters, hard drives and related post materials. Maintain Library, where hard drives and other critical elements are held for active projects.
- Receive Studio and Network distribution lists for Dailies and Cuts for each of the series and communicate them to post staff on the shows. Maintain and update the post staff throughout the season with changes.
- Coordinate Anti-Piracy and Wrap meetings with post teams.

- Track cuts and ensure finals are fingerprinted by Content Security.

LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION
- Lead teams to define and develop user-centered design experiences in partnership with Creative, Product and Technology teams across all Global platforms (web, mobile, interactives games and immersive technologies)
- Lead and coach a highly collaborative and talented Global UXUI team of internal UXUI Designers, Interaction Designers, Copy Writers and UX Researchers. - Ensure consistent, cross-functional communication across marketing and experience teams to include IT, Business Operations, Marketing, Creative, Revenue Operations and Finance relative to key business decisions and customer engagement.
- Achieve operational excellence and superior guest experience advancements by building and sustaining a high-performing UXUI product design team to achieve and exceed goals and objectives.
MEASUREMENT & ANALYTICS
- Conduct usability testing to test hypothesis and experimental design work that will transform and enhance the Universal Parks user experience as well as to identify design problems, uncover opportunities for improvement and learn about the target user’s behavior and preferences.
- Data-driven with measurable results and use findings as a positive focal point for collaboration and product design evolution.
- Collect and analyze KPIs to make informed recommendations for UX/UI improvements.
- Have a passion for refining design solutions based on UX testing practices and results, collaborating directly with consumer insights, analytics and research teams as well as product and technology teams.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- Manage initial and ongoing relationships with vendors and outside service providers as it relates to Experience Design and UX Research implementation.
- Engage and provide relationship management with marketing, creative and technology partners as a key stakeholder, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliver, integration with other projects and overall cost management.

Qualifications
- Experience in project team leadership and large-scale program planning and implementation as well as willing to be hands on when needed
- Demonstrated success creating end-to-end digital product designs in the consumer technology sector
- Experience integrating marketing and experience technologies
- Experience in the game design and development
- Experience leading teams through game feature definition and processes that meet the technical, aesthetic, and functional requirements of the game’s vision
- Strong understanding of free to play games, game economies and competitive multiplayer games
- Experience as an executive in a product industry, spearheading consumer engagement and consumer experience with proven and successful working experience in information architecture, consumer experience design, interactive design, or a similar role.
- Should have exceptional brand, visual, and interaction design skills and a depth of experience working across the user-centered design process: from conducting and leveraging research (quantitative and qualitative) to prototyping and implementation to testing and evaluation.
- Strong foundational design skills: Typography, layout, composition, color theory, iconography, UI/UX, motion/interaction design and branding
- Experience creating and documenting UI toolkits, style guides, and front-end frameworks for design and development teams
- Experience with defining taxonomies and content strategy for development of components to be used in design systems and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Possess a strong technical acumen for translating design artifacts into code-based solutions across many types of front end technologies
- Knowledge of front-end development and code across digital channels, including Websites, mobile apps and email templates

EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership in digital design as a creative, IA, UX, CD or visual designer in a progressive technology enablement, innovation, or marketing organization including a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Senior Producer or Director developing digital interactive products or experiences. Experience with immersive technologies, ecommerce sites in the travel and hospitality sector, rewards/engagement and loyalty programs are a plus. Must present a portfolio of work that illustrates strong UX, visual design and interaction design excellence; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description
This position is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage retail stores, daily departmental operations and special projects in support of the theme park.
Essential Functions
- Executes strategic plans to optimize store profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness and Guest Service standards. Consistently drive process improvements and efficiencies to enhance Guest Service and retail store operations.
- Support the creation of a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills.
- Partner with Human Resources Manager to continuously train, develop and promote all retail teams through individual performance planning.
- Assist with performance development including administering discipline, resolving employee relation’s issues and conducting individual and team meetings.
- Responsible for development of hourly employees including training, mentoring and coaching.
- Accountable for maximizing daily sales and effectively managing costs, labor, inventory and cash control, while focusing on exceeding annual Budget targets.
- Communicates on a constant basis with Store Manager and Area Manager regarding Retail Stores and staff performances and challenges.
- Ensures that GSAT and shopper reports are within acceptable levels.
- Responsible for assisting with the development of weekly schedules, with a focus on maintaining staffing levels that satisfy budget as well as guest service goals.
- Maintain or exceed weekly budgeted variable operation results: shrink, variable labor, safety, guest service, cleanliness and visual/merchandising presentation.
- Responsible for monitoring performance and making recommendations to maximize current trends.
- Communicate on a regular basis with Store Manager and Area Manager regarding locations performance and challenges; make recommendations for improvement when necessary.
