Job Description: Casting directors are now casting actors to work on scenes filming in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from July – September 2022. Must be able to work from the said date. 

Roles:  

Young Thomas Jefferson (Principal Role)

• Age Range: 14-early 20s
• Male
• Caucasian.
• Red hair is a plus but not necessary.

British Dragoons

• Age Range: 18-50 years old
• Male
• Caucasian
• Thin to athletic builds are needed. Clean-shaven. These soldiers will be a part of a tavern scene and a montage of raiding various buildings.
• Must have the complete kit – uniform, pistol/musket, accouterments.
• Horse & tack are not necessary,
• Work Horses are not needed for all days.
• The setting is Alex Shoots on July 20, 2022, without Horses.

British Soldiers 

• Age Range: 18-40 years old
• Male
• Caucasian
• Thin to athletic builds are needed. 
• Clean-shaven. These soldiers will be a part of a marching column montage.
• Must have the complete kit – uniform, musket, accouterments.
• Works multiple days of filming in September.

Continental Soldiers

• Age Range: 18-40 years old
• Male
• Caucasian
• Thin to athletic builds are needed. Clean-shaven.
• These soldiers will be a part of a montage doing various duties.
• Must have the complete kit – uniform, musket, accouterments.
• Works one day of filming in September.

Civilians

• Age Range: 16 – 70 years old
• Male & Female.
• Caucasian & African American.
• Thin to athletic builds are needed. These Civilians will be seen crossing camera, standing in a crowd, or given specific duties.
• Must have a complete kit uniform
• We will not have extra clothing for you.
• Women must have all the proper underpinnings, etc.
• Men must be clean-shaven. No exceptions. Shoots in July and September.

Rate: Pay is $200 (Soldiers).  Additional bump for Mounted w/horse (if needed)

Production Title: Nutritional Drink Commercial 

Job Description: Casting directors are now casting actors to work on scenes filming in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from Wednesday, July 13th to Thursday, July 14th. Must be able to work from the said date. 

Casting: Women

• Age range: 30’s to ’40s 
• average build, in good shape, but do not have to be athletic

• Must be local to the Pittsburgh area

Rate: Pay is $2000-$3000 per day for two days

POSITION TITLE: ASSOCIATE FILM PRODUCER

JOB SUMMARY:

The Associate Film Producer is a critical member of the Film and Motion team and reports to the Executive Producer. The Associate Film Producer’s primary responsibility is to support the Senior Producer and the Executive Producer in managing all production needs of the department. These supporting responsibilities include but are not limited, requesting casting auditions, music searches, building shot lists for animators, being point of contact for outside vendors, and producing jobs independently. Our producers must have a creative eye, offering their opinions and solutions. Everyone at MOD has the freedom and is encouraged to be heard.

RESPONDSIBILITIES:

– Coordinate motion design projects.

– Coordinate film editing projects.

– Support live action production in any capacity.

– Maintain and drive clear and constant communication with account and creative teams regarding status, approvals, revisions, etc.

– If partnering with an outside vendor they are the point of contact between the vendor and the agency.

– Create production schedules and timelines in partnership with Project Management and Account Management.

– Partner with editors and motion designers to ensure proper technical and creative specs are delivered on time.

– Partner with editors and motion designers to continually ensure they have the appropriate assets for their projects.

– Request voice over auditions.

– Produce and attend voice over sessions

– Produce and attend virtual recording sessions.

– Request and coordinate closed captioning.

– Schedule and run internal reviews for videos.

– Ensure editors and motion designers possess and execute all internal and external feedback.

– Conduct music and stock footage searches.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Experience 1-3 years as entry level producer or production assistant with hands-on production and post-production experience.

– Ad Agency experience preferred.

– Ability to handle multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.

– Strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills.

– Team oriented and self-motivated.

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

We are looking for an inspiring, greatly skilled, organized, and enthusiastic Producer/Songwriter to work with campers (ages 8-15) at this highly regarded sleep-away summer camp.

Recording studio is equipped with Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic, and Reason as well as Native Instrument Komplete 13.

This position as Music Studio Director will facilitate the creation and production of an album (6-12 songs) that features the original music and lyrics written & recorded by the campers over the course of the summer!

Classes to be led include Songwriting & Recording, Beat Production, and Collaborative Musical Games. Other types of music classes you may want to facilitate are welcome as well.

For over 20 years, Music Ascension www.musicascension.com has worked to inspire camp communities by helping young people discover, develop, and share their creative voices by writing and recording their own original songs.

Music Ascension will provide mastering engineer and graphic designer. Mixing engineer can be provided if needed.

Although you will have the ability to use the recording studio for your own work at night and off hours, please know this is not an Artist-In-Residence position and you will often need to use non-teaching time for session prep as well as post production responsibilities.

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

– Collaborative, positive-minded, FLEXIBLE and able to help cultivate a fun, educational, and inspired CAMP community.

– Strong experience in songwriting and music production and feel right at home inside a recording studio.

– Experience teaching in group settings. Private lessons are great, but we are looking for people that can command a room and inspire groups of people to get excited about making music.

– Work flow solid enough so as not to be greatly slowed while running sessions/classes. .

– Developed Audio Engineering skills to efficiently set up sessions, properly place microphones, edit sessions on the fly and have familiarity with outboard gear (preamps, compressors, etc.)

– Strong ability to mix album to quality standards.

– Experience working in summer camps is a major plus.

– Experience performing in front of large audiences also a major plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

$5000 – $6,500 Salary + Room & Board provided at camp.

Accommodations: Varied: shared room with one other staff person; or private room staff housing

This is an 8 week job commitment

CASTING CALL FOR BRAND AMBASSADORS

GTE Agency is currently seeking energetic, engaging and reliable brand ambassadors for upcoming Medicinal Cannabis Promos. 
We encourage staff who enjoy working with consumers relaying new products!  Staff will be showcasing various cannabis products at dispensaries.

If you have experience with medicinal cannabis and have some knowledge of it this is PERFECT for you!!

• Program Requirements:
  
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Working with the client and dispensary manager to find best approach to customers
  • Sharing product messaging
  • Set-up/break-down of promo area
  • Maintaining a clean station by picking up as needed throughout the shift
  • Providing a recap and 10+ photos of your event

This will be ONGOING with 10-15 shifts per month. We are looking for people who have fairly open availability (no full-time set schedule jobs, etc).
The majority of promos will be Thurs-Sun 12pm-3pm or 3pm-6pm.

We do NOT have the schedule of dates; but this will start in Mid-Late May and be ongoing for at least the rest of the year (possibly longer). We need to get staff hired & badged/certified for these before we are allowed to schedule exact dates/times.

LOCATIONS – Demos will be scheduled at dispensaries around the Pennsylvania in three major regions. Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Harrisburg, Scranton and the surrounding suburbs. 

Pay Rate: $30/HR.
