We are looking for a Creative Producer to join the Creative Services Team – a growing department that drives all visual brand output. The Creative Producer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end production of all photo and video shoots, from mainline campaigns, to store openings, social media, and brand driven projects across product categories. They will collaborate with the creatives, cross-functional teams, and external talent to realise the creative concepts on time and to budget.

Some specific day-to-day responsibilities will include :
Managing creative resources for production shoot needs
Identifying approvals and lead-times
Flagging any potential production roadblocks or budget constraints in advance, problem-solving with the creatives and senior management
Driving concept development with the Art Directors and external talent to lead-time and production limitations
Connecting the dots between creatives within the team to ensure efficiency
Organising team meetings for PPMs
Creation and distribution of call sheets, organisation of live castings, equipment, and product logistics
Delivery of final content to the Project Management team or the project briefer
Operational development for production process within the business
Manage and maintain a pool of suppliers and partners (photographers, models etc.
Ensure that the right people are hired per project, are fully briefed and the output is consistent with our brand guidelines

What You’ll Do

• Be on the front line of finding the next wave of incredible brands to join Wolf & Badger and then vital in helping them become successful using our platform
• Research brand prospects using numerous sources including reviewing competitive platforms, instagram, trade show lists, fashion and design publications, and the like
• Reach out to those brands that fit our guidelines and evangelize Wolf & Badger’s value proposition
• Build and cultivate a large pipeline of brands to generate consistent, predictable new brand signups
• Oversee your brands’ onboarding, enabling them to go live in an expedited and seamless manner
• Provide continued brand support, ensuring their success and proper leveraging of the platform
• Maintain all required activities and details accurately and timely in our CRM system (Hubspot)
• Work cross-functionally with our content, marketing, PR, events and customer care teams

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience with time spent in a B2B partnerships, account management or brand success role ideally for a fashion/design/beauty company, startup, ecommerce or media platform
• Self-motivated, highly organized and versatile
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech savvy (experience working with a CRM such as Hubspot is highly desirable)
• Background or demonstrated interest in fashion/design/beauty brands and ethical/sustainable practices
• Enjoy being part of a team and doing whatever it takes to help that team succeed
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a startup-like environment

Our client, a popular clothing brand, is seeking an Art Director to join their team on a temp basis! The ideal candidate is a hands-on and creative individual who is excited about helping our client elevate their ecommerce platform.

Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Los Angeles depending on shoot schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with photographers, retouchers, stylists, models, and brand guidelines to guide photoshoots and convey mood
• Direct photoshoots to fit ecommerce, social media, and special campaign needs
• Manage seasonal campaign shoots, post production, and delivery
• Oversee creative processes and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience overseeing shoots and production for ecommerce materials and assets
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Global Edit
• Experience producing campaign projects on time, on budget, and within scope
• A neat and clean portfolio that showcases ecommerce art direction success
