Shrunken Labs is an upcoming family-friendly YouTube sketch comedy show about a group of women scientists and their wacky inventions, most notably the ‘shrink ray’.

We are currently seeking women aged 16+ to portray the scientists for Season 1 (May-December 2024).

Roles:

Scientist

Location:

• 100% remote–You’ll record videos AT HOME and send them to us via email!
• A location is required to post a job–don’t let that stop you if you’re not located in NY!

Flexible shooting!

Act as much as you want to! If you’d like to appear in every episode, or you’d like to only appear once per month, that’s perfectly fine!

Compensation:

Casting Call: Actors for Towne Car Commercial Shoot

About the Project: We are casting for a vibrant upcoming commercial for Towne Car. The scenes will capture the essence of enjoyment and leisure, featuring different age groups in scenic Buffalo. We’re looking for actors who can bring authenticity and joy to these simple yet delightful moments.

Roles:

1. Older Ladies in a Rose Garden

   • Time: 8:30 AM to approx. 9:10 AM
   • Age Range: 60s to 80s
   • Scene Description: Two older ladies enjoying a leisurely time in a picturesque rose garden.
   • Responsibilities: Engage naturally with the environment and the companion, portraying a relaxed and joyful demeanor.
   • Requirements: Experience in acting is preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to stand and move lightly around the garden. Wardrobe to reflect a gentle, leisurely day out (details provided upon casting).

2. Young Couple Enjoying a Banana Split

   • Time: 10:30 AM to approx. 11:10 AM
   • Age Range: 20s
   • Scene Description: A young male and female couple enjoying a delicious banana split in a lively setting.
   • Responsibilities: Display playful and engaging interactions with each other and the setting. Should convey warmth and happiness.
   • Requirements: Acting experience is a plus. Must be comfortable with eating on camera and interacting in a playful, affectionate manner. Casual, modern wardrobe required (details provided upon casting).

Compensation:

• $100 per actor per scene
• Duration: Each scene lasts approximately 30-40 minutes.

Casting Call: Seeking Father Figures for a Video Project

Project Description: GENUINE is excited to announce a casting call for a unique video project that celebrates the often overlooked yet pivotal role of Father Figures in children’s lives. We are seeking grandfathers, uncles, godfathers, and brothers who have meaningful relationships with children (ages 5 and up) to share their experiences and the special bonds they share.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in video shoots, sharing personal stories and experiences related to your role as a Father Figure.
• Engage authentically with the children in your life during the filming to capture genuine moments and interactions.
• Be available for the entire duration of the shoot, which may span multiple days.

Requirements:

• Male or male-identifying individuals who are grandfathers, uncles, godfathers, or brothers.
• Comfortable speaking about personal experiences and relationships on camera.
• Availability to travel to the filming location (expenses covered if travel is required).
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the shoot.

Compensation Details:

• Adults will receive €500 for each day of participation in the shoot.
• Minors will receive €250 for each day of participation.
• An additional usage payment will be provided, details of which will be finalized and disclosed prior to shooting.
• Participants will be featured in a high-visibility video project.
