Casting Commercial for a Large Tech Company

Scenario #1 – Real Group of Friends
We are casting an entire group of NYC-based friends (4 individuals) who will be venturing on a food tour in Queens for a Commercial for a Large Tech Company. 

Protagonist: A person of any gender in the late 20s or early 30s. Someone extroverted with a kind face and an adventurous spirit. Good-natured. They are not so sophisticated that they’re entirely comfortable in all situations, but at least willing to try.

Friends: A raucous group, mainly in the same age bracket (the late 20s, early 30s). Here we’re keen to cast a diverse gang of actual friends IRL. We’re eager to cast folks with various styles, personalities, looks, gender, and ethnic backgrounds. 

Scenario #2 – Young New Yorker

Person of any gender, the early to late 20s, who visits a garden nursery. Approachable, stylish, confident. Plant lovers are a plus!

Fitting: 3/14

Shoot Dates: 3/15-3/17 (1-2 days TBD, 10hrs each)

Shoot Location: NYC

Session Fee (per day): $800 (incl. agency fee, if applicable)

Usage Fee (non-guaranteed, i.e., only if used in final creative): $5,000 (incl. agency fee, if applicable) for the following uses:

Term: 12 months from the first public exhibition. Option to extend for one additional year for an additional $1,500.

Territory: Worldwide

Media: All media (including internet, CTV/OTT, industrial, OOH), excluding broadcast TV. 2 consecutive options of 6 months each for broadcast TV.

Exclusivity: None

Fitting Fee: $100 total for a wardrobe fitting before shoot (only if applicable) 

Covid Test Stipend: $100 total for Covid-19 testing before shoot, only if required by the brand

Union Status: Non-union

Project: All executions of a promotional campaign related to the brand, including all revisions, cut-downs, versions, tags, lifts, and edits (including separate versions for foreign markets tangential to the campaign)

LAW AND ORDER SEASON 22 IS SEEKING MINORS TO PORTRAY STUDENTS AGES 10 TO 15

IDEALLY, TESTING IS TUESDAY, MARCH 7TH, BUT TESTING IS AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8TH, IF NEEDED WORKING THURSDAY, MARCH 9TH, IN WEST VILLAGE MANHATTAN AREA

NON-UNION ROLE RATE IS $165/10 + $30 TESTING STIPEND
GUARDIAN THAT WILL BE ON SET WITH THE MINOR MUST ALSO TEST MUST HAVE A VALID WORK PERMIT, TRUST ACCOUNT, AND ids.

Casting Talent for Local Surgical/Medical Supply Stores.
Non-Union. Paid. Rochester NY. The audition is due Saturday, 3/11 at 8 pm.

CASTING:

• Customer service reps (2) -25ish years old
• Customers (4).– varied age, gender, and ethnicity (think ADULT kids shopping with parents) or athlete
• needing rehab – 35-90s – no props be yourself
• SPOKESPERSON– Preferably female, middle-aged, and well-spoken.  All ethnicities are welcome. 

SHOOT: Saturday, March 18th. Plan all-day

Pay Rate: TBD. (being confirmed) Must work as local hire. (no travel expenses paid)

USAGE: Buyout. Local TV stations, social media & website. Also BTS (Behind the scenes) shots on producers site and promotion.

Casting Call: 
I’m looking for a male Asian-American High School Student (ages 14- 17)  for a temporary tattoo social media video. 

This scene shoots on Wednesday, 3/8, in Amsterdam, NY.

The rate is $300 for a few (3-4) hours on set. 

We need a kids who’s ok with colorful/fun/funky temporary tattoos being put on their arms! They can be removed after the shoot, or you can keep them on.

[YOUNG ROW] Can play 13-15, Filipino or AAPI, pre-gender transition or early transition MTF, cheer, and dance experience a plus. Young Row is strong, willful, and ambitious and loves their mother and sister but will do anything to make their dreams come true.

STORYLINE: Rowena (Rain Valdez), a transgender actress who returns to her estranged home childhood of Guam for her high school reunion’s “Do Over Week,” to live out a big regret… her childhood dream of becoming a cheerleader. But she must then confront a different kind of reunion — her estranged family.
