SUMMARY:

iNDEMAND is looking for a creative, talented, and technically proficient Associate Editor/Producer. Ideal candidates will be experienced Adobe Premiere editors with strong writing skills and a passion for getting things right. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Editing promos, trailers, social assets, and long form promotional content.

· Updating graphics and navigating complex toolkits within Adobe After Effects.

· Writing scripts for a wide array of promotional material.

· Producing and managing creative projects from inception to completion.

· Assisting on-set for bi-weekly TV shoots.

REQUIREMENTS:

· BA or equivalent professional experience in broadcast, entertainment, or a related field.

· Professional video editing experience, preferably in the broadcast and/or entertainment industry.

· Knowledge of file types, delivery specifications, video color correction standards, et cetera.

· A strong reel of innovative work.

SKILLS:

· Conceptual thinking – creativity is paramount.

· Initiative and motivation – candidate must be a self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and unafraid to take control of a project.

· Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously and to prioritize accordingly.

· Expertise in Adobe Premiere.

· Experience with After Effects.

The Art Director is a highly creative design leader with a solid understanding and hands-on ability to develop thoughtful, visual design solutions across print, digital, and social platforms.

The Art Director will work independently while also managing others to deliver across multiple touchpoints in design deliverables. They will be proactive and obsessed with taking on challenges and providing a fresh perspective in the design itself.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and collaborate with the team to develop on-brand and compelling assets that fulfill the marketing experience objectives
  • Work with and manage the team, while utilizing own skills, design ability, and creativity to help create thoughtful, trend-forward design results

  • Work closely with cross-functional channel leads to vet and digest design briefs to execute in a timely fashion
  • Understand that business and creativity affect one another: take monthly analytical data collected from marketing to consider and apply in future projects

LEARNING + STRUCTURE

  • Assist the Senior Creative Director with decks, internal presentations, and pitches
  • Create and establish efficient workflows with the team for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Be up to date with current trends and collect inspiration to share with the broader company team

Qualifications:

  • Be an engaged contributor to a very creative, fast-paced work culture with an ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Highly organized, an adept multitasker who can shift from task to task

  • Communicative and collaborative team player: Comfortable with consistent collaboration across departments and implementing feedback

We are looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Producer to oversee the strategy and the execution of Lili’s messaging, both with our users and our potential customers.
