We are looking for a creative Senior Video Post Producer who can oversee ongoing video post projects through delivery. This person will partner closely with content producers and creative teams to ensure seamless transition of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage post-production budgets, timelines and key milestones across various video projects
• Track copy changes, manage schedule and create detailed deliverables for all video projects
• Create trackers for all video projects and crosscheck needs to ensure timely delivery of the entire production process
• Maintain video files and corresponding paperwork
• Work cross-functionally with all departments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of video post-production and ad agency experience
• Understanding of the development and delivery of social / digital assets
• In-depth knowledge of all digital file formats and their best practice applications

Responsibilities:

• Operates video cameras, on location or in the studio, in the production of professional pre-recorded programming.
• Works closely with the social media team to help produce TikToks and Instagram Reels.
• Designs, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions.
• Storyboards the video campaigns from concept to completion.
• Computer edits video segments on a variety of tape and digital formats.
• Travel to various locations to get the shot; do interview style videos with local realtors
• Completes trouble and preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment; assists in repair and upkeep of studio and production sets and properties.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar role
• 2+ years experience working in a Videographer role
• Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe AfterEffects
• Great communication skills – written and verbal
• Experience working with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms
