Our medical/healthcare client is looking for an Art Director who is responsible for the development and implementation of design solutions for campaigns ranging from traditional to digital. This position provides leadership in the design and production of multichannel campaign materials to meet established business objectives and results. The Art Director executes creative concepts within brand guidelines ensuring consistency and brand adherence. Responsibilities and activities

 

Creative and client partnership

  • Responsible for crafting stunning visuals and motion pieces for various accounts and projects.
  • Partner with other creatives and disciplines who together as a team are responsible for the servicing, nurturing, and growth of our clients’ creative businesses.
  • In partnership with the creative and program management lead, weigh in on work load prioritization, hour estimates and overall project needs while always keeping an eye out for potential investment opportunities and growth opportunities for our clients’ business.

 

Creative execution  

  • Create award worthy design and motion work tailored towards creative campaigns and initiatives for our clients in ed-tech, CPG and enterprise technology space.
  • Lead and mentor from your craft expertise to contribute to the growth of a talented team of thinkers, and problem-solving copywriters, art directors and production designers.
  • The ability to contribute to concepting, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and digital activations across a wide range of media and platforms, especially in the social/digital space.
  • Experience with best practices and emerging trends for how brands utilize social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.

 

Trust and ownership

  • Earn and develop deep partnerships with creative, strategy, program management and production leads by owning your contributions to the work.
  • Set the example for teams working effectively together to deliver beautifully designed creative for social channel development, integrated marketing campaigns, brand development and digital video production.
  • Partner with creative and production leads to support and run video/photo productions and vendor relationships.
  • Support the building of agency muscles and rhythms, helping cement agency process to help us scale and best practices for our continued success.

We are looking for an experienced Creative producer to work alongside our Game design team to help foster and empower the creation and development of world class strategy games. In support of the creative team and product leadership, this experienced producer will combine creative, business and technical needs into a unified set of strategic goals for the project. You’ll collaborate, communicate and support our design talent and work across discipline to own schedules, understand dependencies and communicate status, risks and opportunities. You’ll work with the team to ensure the highest quality execution against key deliverables while looking to improve processes and outcomes when and where needed.

What You Will Do

  • Own the team schedule – partner with leads to establish a long-term roadmap and appropriate pipelines and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate across project providing transparency on design goals, status and changes ensuring dependencies are known and accounted and risks are understood and mitigation plans are put in place.
  • Provide the tools and the process to empower our creative teams to deliver new features and gameplay experiences to delight our fans.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to manage budgets ensuring your team has the resources needed to accomplish their goals.

Who Will be a Great Fit:

  • 5+ years of experience working in the game industry specifically AAA production and creative/design production
  • Experiencing managing large teams
  • Proven track record of working in a fast paced, creative environment.
  • Experience with current gaming trends in RPG and narrative driven games
