Media A La Carte is looking to add a social media-obsessed, passionate, fun, reliable, and stellar full-time Jr. Creative Director to our growing team. This is a full-time position. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week in office in New York City.

We are a female-founded, boutique social media agency in NYC working with powerful clients in the wellness, hospitality, beauty, and food/alcohol sectors. CROSSOVER TOURING is seeking an executive level ​MUSIC AGENT ASSISTANT ​to join our growing company. Candidates for this full-time support position must be based in Indianapolis, IN, Chicago, IL or willing to relocate. The role is ideal for an adaptable and energetic team player who excels in organization and communication. The assistant will be required to provide professional administrative support for a lead Agent, representing a diverse roster of clientele. The position is not entry level and requires a strong understanding of the music industry with a specific emphasis on live touring. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to provide support to the Agent
  • Oversees and assists in the planning of each performance, from point of confirmation to show completion
  • Updates company database, CRM and manages several Artist tour calendars with a high level of accuracy
  • Manages multi-date tour announcements, ensures marketing and ticketing materials are prepared and communicated to the appropriate teams in a timely manner

In this role, you will lead the motion graphic art direction for our long-form broadcast projects and select short forms. Your primary role is to translate existing collateral around our product launches into imaginative and captivating, full broadcast package style guides.
