Casting Call: Background Actors for National Hotel Brand Corporate B-Roll Shoot

Location: Nashville, TN (Downtown Area)

Dates: Tuesday, October 31st / Wednesday, November 1st (You will only be needed one of these days. As it gets closer, roles for each day will be specified. Please only submit if you are available both days.)

Rate: $175/8 + $25 Parking Reimbursement (Must be able to invoice production company directly for payment). This will be a HALF DAY SHOOT, but must be able to commit to potentially being on set for 8 hours. Three-year broadcast and digital usage.

Job Details: We are seeking non-union background actors for a corporate B-roll shoot for a National Hotel Brand. This project is being produced by Casual Films and will take place in the Downtown area of Nashville, TN.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as background actors to create a realistic corporate environment for B-roll footage.
• Follow directions from the director and production team regarding positioning and actions during scenes.
• Maintain a professional and focused demeanor while on set.

Requirements:

• Males: 35-43 years of age, with the ability to portray Suburban or Corporate types.
• Females: 35-43 years of age, Black, Latin, Asian (Looking for diversity), with the ability to portray Suburban or Corporate types.
• Availability for one of the specified shoot days (October 31st or November 1st) and willingness to potentially be on set for up to 8 hours.

Job Detail: We are casting for various roles in an upcoming small-scale SAG waiver shoot. The project is set in a post-apocalyptic world where survivors have formed villages. This is a paid opportunity.

One of Wripple’s clients is looking for a Senior Creative/Executive Producer to lead and oversee end-to-end content creation and production processes for client’s on-demand internal storytelling initiatives. The right person will be a hybrid creative who can tell a fantastic story but match it with innovative and emotive visuals for various mediums and platforms. Because we toe the line between creative and production, the ideal person has an extraordinary aesthetic sense, ability to build a narrative, and a deep understanding of all aspects of video production. This role will be a pivotal addition to our Creative team, working closely with our senior creative leadership and the entire in-house Studio+ across creative, production, and agency partners.

This position starts as a one-year 40 hour/week contract position with the opportunity to convert to perm for the right fit. This resource must be located in the ATLANTA Metro area and open to hybrid onsite (2 days/week).

Responsibilities:

· Conceptualize, plan, design, and lead the creation of high-impact video campaigns, high-profile special projects, and specialized graphics

· Successfully produce and direct projects from pre-production through post-production

· Work collaboratively with General Managers of Video Content, Operations, and Brand to ensure that the creative being executed is mindful of stakeholder desires and brand objectives

· Objectively and critically review creative work to ensure strict adherence to brand standards and creative best practices during conceptualization, design, and storyboarding

· Ability to manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects and people

· Diverse portfolio including 360 campaigns demonstrating innovative thinking

· Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

This non-union project is a true crime recreation series for The Weather Channel, set to film in the Knoxville, TN area on October 19-20. Please note that the schedule is preliminary and subject to change. There will be no scripted audio involved in this production.

• Portray the character of Chris, a music producer with a close relationship to the victim’s daughter, assisting her in her career.
