Mango & Fero AW 23 collection

(International Breast Cancer Awareness Month)

Mango is partnering with Fero Foundation to support cancer research and the fight against breast cancer. The entire profits of this campaign will be donated to Fero Foundation.

The campaign will be an honest self-portrait of the everyday life of a woman who has undergone a mastectomy.

The campaign will comprise pictures & videos of her daily life & intimate moments at home wearing the Fero AW23 collection: unipecho/prosthesis bra with jeans, t-shirts, and accessories. Also, a full interview about her backstory and fight against breast cancer will be filmed.

We are looking for a real woman, aged between 30-48 years old & open ethnicity, who has suffered breast cancer with mastectomy or breast reconstruction. We are looking for a charismatic woman who wants to share her story. She can be based in Barcelona, Spain, or Europe.

Shooting dates: between August 30th and September 1st, 2023.

Location: To be determined, either talent’s entire house/apartment or a site in Barcelona (Spain).

Remuneration: 2000 euros for the chosen woman. Additional 500 euros if her entire house/apartment is used as a filming location. Regarding traveling to Barcelona, all flight & accommodation costs are covered by Mango.

  • A boy from Liverpool with a playing age of 13 years- dual heritage.

William is aged 13yrs. Liverpudlian. Dual heritage boy who is being raised by his hard-working single-parent mother and is confused that his father is coming in and of their lives. He is quiet and watchful, and sensitive. We need an understated, naturalistic performance. This is a good role for an excellent young actor, and he appears across several episodes opposite the leading cast—A liverpudlian accent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of campaign managers responsible for managing and delivering ~$115M in advertising revenue.
  • Drive efficiency in Walmart Connect’s processes and apply it to scale to greater campaign management organization
  • Develop and implement media planning and strategy playbooks by industry to create ongoing shared learnings and best practices.
  • Own the daily functional management, triaging and conflict resolution of issues for your campaign management team.
  • Instill strong operational rigor and discipline across the team to ensure standardization and harmonization of workflow across cross-functional teams.
  • Attend supplier calls, as needed, to provide leadership coverage
  • Partner with the Head of Campaign Management on ongoing training and learning development for the campaign management team ranging from industry to soft skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations within search, publisher display media, network media buys, and/or social media
  • 1-3+ years of management, mentorship, and/or lead responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to clearly communicate findings and solutions, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
  • Demonstrable success as a leader of change, by achieving operational excellence by optimizing processes and systems.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership with the ability to build, train, coach and develop a high performing team.
  • Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly changing environment
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with a strong focus on collaboration
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Capability to work proactively under pressure and handling multiple ad hoc requests
