Brighter Productions is seeking an exceptional candidate to act as Production Manager within our team. You will be a central component working on both digital and live event production.Â

The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of technical production experience, with a thorough knowledge of sales, production management and technical experience.
As well as being a technical expert, the successful candidate should be passionate about their work, be a genuine team player, be confident in communicating with a wide range of people and happy to work to tight timescales.Â
What does the role involve?Â
- Providing technical specifications across sound, video, lighting, set and staging
- Publish show brief information including schedules, floor plans, technical drawings and crew paperwork
- Manage and control the overall budget keeping in line with the quote.
- To liaise with clients and venue staff to fulfil the delivery of an event
- To allocate and book resources; equipment, external services, transport, accommodation, external services etc.
- Taking responsibility for rigs and de-rigs
- Allocating and booking resources
- Managing on-site teams (technical staff, freelancers and local crew)
- Act as a key contact and account manager for major clients
- Organising and delegating tasks as required
- To carry out detailed site surveys and production meetings
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Brighter Productions
- Undertaking other reasonable duties as required

The Role:
Moonbug Entertainment Limited is looking for a full-time Senior Director, Production to join the growing production team in London. This position will play a significant role in carrying on the global success seen in our brands Morphle, Gecko, Arpo and Supa Strikas.
The successful candidate will lead the development and growth of a portfolio of brands with the goal of developing global brands with true franchise potential.
This is a leadership role requiring vision, inspiration and brilliant execution. The appointee needs to have a deep expertise in production who can juggle multiple responsibilities, and has managed production teams and outsourced partners.
In this position, you will manage the production of kids’ content across several projects, pipelines and formats. We are looking for someone with a background in producing animated CGI series, and other content formats and who is hoping to join an exciting company within the world of kids’ media. The role will involve taking an overview and providing management support for several of our show producers based in London & LA, while implementing best practices and processes. It is crucial that you are highly organized and able to work independently across multiple projects, so good time management and prioritization will be expected.
In this position, you will be working closely with the creative team, senior producers, internal production teams and the studios responsible for producing the content. We work with studios from all over the world and collaborate with our team in LA, so flexibility and openness to coordinate with different time zones is a must.
The candidate will be a committed and adaptable individual with excellent interpersonal skills. You must excel at communicating with both internal teams and external clients, while also being able to multitask and manage with integrity and a smile.
This role will lead a group of 3-4 senior producers and their teams, to make sure all content production remains on schedule, within budget, on spec, and abides by the creative vision and agreed-upon quality targets/thresholds, whilst communicating progress to wider stakeholders in the company.

We are looking for an experienced Events Manager who has a background in sports/fashion or a brand within the consumer goods industry to join our clients impressive brand team.
The Events Manager should be an experienced individual, with the ability to professionally manage, administrate and deal with the logistics in activating events. The Events Manager is responsible for all brand events including Sales Meetings, Flagship store openings and Retail/Flagship consumer facing events. These events should all be activated with a brand strategic environment.
The individual must be able to anticipate project needs, prioritises work commitments/tasks, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
Event Planning and Production
- Negotiate space contracts and book event space, arrange food and beverage, order supplies and audiovisual equipment, order event signs, and ensure appropriate brand execution to meet brand standards
- Work with events agency to locate and book venues for larger sales meetings and on site operations.
- Gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions. Create briefs and debriefs for all event activation
- Manage, coordinate and plan all travel arrangements for all delegates
- Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to help staff make decisions about event options
- Work with the design team to create and revise room layouts for each event
- Liaise and collaborate with the product and marketing team to agree room capacity, logistics and layout

Primary Responsibilities
Moonbug is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Revenue Team.
This role will be mainly focused (but not limited) to reconciling the Licensing and Merchandising (L&M) revenue/billing transactions and updating the relevant systems, along with providing support to the Reporting and the Commercial teams.
Tasks will include:
Owning the Flowhaven to Netsuite platform reconciliation (will need to be prioritised during the first three months, but it will be an ongoing duty)
- Chase relevant internal/external contacts for missing statements/information
- Assist with the processing of Royalty statements (validating, saving down, tracking, chasing for incomplete/missing ones)
- Assist the Commercial team with the preparation of any L&M true up/down tracker and share with L&M team

An exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing studio. We’re looking for a Senior Producer who will head up the production department and take charge of our production processes.
In this role, the successful candidate will run an Agile team of talented Developers and Artists on a brand new game title – working closely with a Game Designer and the company’s leadership team to plan and realise the vision for the game long-term. You’ll be responsible for running all Agile sprint planning sessions, retrospectives and all other artefacts for the project, ensuring that all sprint goals are set properly, tasks are estimated and deliveries are made on time.
The Senior Producer will also manage the production team, running one-to-one sessions and annual reviews, as well as working closely with both the producers and the VP of Product to increase productivity and continuous improvement of processes across the company. You’ll bring your expertise and experience to level up Supersolid’s production practices, keeping stock of what processes different projects in the company use and ensuring that all the teams learn from each other.
