Casting Call: Kids Casting – Males Ages 10-16 Years Old

Job Details: We are currently seeking talented Caucasian Males, ages 10-16, to portray younger versions of our leading actors in a supporting role for an upcoming theatrical/film production. The show is set to take place in Washington DC and surrounding areas, and the selected talent will be needed on the work dates specified below.

Job Responsibilities: As a young supporting actor, you will be responsible for embodying the essence of the older characters, portraying their mannerisms, expressions, and emotions effectively. Your performance will help build the backstory and enrich the narrative of the main characters. You will work closely with the director and other actors to deliver outstanding performances that resonate with the audience and elevate the overall production.

Requirements:

• Male actors, ages 10-16, of Caucasian ethnicity.
• Prior theatrical or film experience is highly encouraged; please list any relevant acting roles or training in your application.
• Strong acting skills, the ability to emote convincingly, and the capacity to bring depth to your characters.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and dedication to the craft.

Compensation Details: Selected talent will be compensated on a daily rate, ranging from $300 to $600, depending on the complexity of the character you portray. This rate reflects the importance and screen time of the role. Additionally, you will receive on-set meals and refreshments during the production days.

Work Dates: The production work dates are scheduled for August 16th, and you should be available for the entire day on this date.

Casting Call – Melbourne Boys (6 years old)

Job Details: We are seeking young and energetic boys, aged six years old to audition for an exciting project set to shoot in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and confident kids to showcase their talents on screen. The shooting is scheduled to begin in August 2023 in Melbourne.

Job Responsibilities: As part of this project, selected boys must portray various roles and characters. They will participate in scenes that involve acting, interacting with other characters, and following simple directions from the director and production team. The main focus is to bring out their natural charm, joy, and authenticity on camera.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Age: 6 years old (as of August 2023)
• Personality: Fun, outgoing, and confident.
• Experience: Prior acting or on-screen experience is not mandatory but will be considered a plus.
• Availability: Must be available for shooting in Melbourne during the scheduled period.

Compensation: The selected boys will be compensated for their time and talent. Specific details regarding payment will be discussed individually with the parents/guardians of the chosen candidates.
