Write clear captions and develop content ideas for educational posts, short videos, graphics, and industry updates.
Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and respond when appropriate.
Research healthcare, medical billing, and revenue cycle topics to identify useful content opportunities.
Work with the SEO, business development, design, and web teams on campaigns and content.
Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and other social media results.
Review what type of content performs well and use those findings to improve future posts.
Maintain MZ Medical Billing’s professional image and keep content relevant to U.S. healthcare practices.
Requirements:
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
Good writing and communication skills.
Understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
Ability to create or coordinate basic social media graphics and video content.
