Overview and Responsibilities:
Louder with Crowder is looking for a Showrunner who has experience leading a Live production in television or streaming. You have a solid work history of day-to-day production and creative development and are a senior member of leadership.
Fundamentals:
- Coach and lead the internal team to research and map topics for the daily, Live show.
- Oversee and be a resource for the production of overlays, graphics, sound, etc. You are the captain of a ship of dedicated and resourceful personnel that will look to you for insight and feedback.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and confidence manage multiple projects at various stages. There are a multitude of topics in each show as well as sketches and you can keep all of them moving and consistently adhere to brand standards.
- You’re passionate about producing digital content and podcasts. We’re breaking news and providing context to stories that mainstream media doesn’t cover and you want to lead the charge in producing these shows.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in entertainment or content production, with 2+ years as a Showrunner or Production Supervisor.
- Must have experience leading a team and will be able to discuss the composition of your previous teams, your management style and success stories for the content you’ve made.
- Experience working directly with high-profile talent and guests. Our awesome talent booker coordinates valuable individuals, and you make sure the internal team of writing and marketing is preparing and promoting to optimize their time.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality original content across multiple platforms. We’re a live show Monday-Thursday at 9AM CT on YouTube, Rumble and #MugClub and the audio version is available on podcasting platforms. Your work experience is conducive to what we do, and you can hit the ground running on Day One.
- You can work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends as needed. The workday starts early, and news is always happening, and you thrive in being in the daily media cycle.

As a member of the Design Team, the Art Director is responsible for creating considered concepts and elegant design solutions for client website, email communications and other marketing channels. Candidates must sit in Los Angeles, California for this hybrid opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Writers, Designers and Associate Creative Directors to set the tone and concept for a project
- Designs content and interfaces under the limited direction of an Associate Creative Director.
- A proven track record of graphic design and art direction for the web, particularly for the marketing of major brands
- Strong knowledge of interactive creative development processes
- Experience developing innovative solutions with limited guidance from an Associate Creative Director
Qualifications:
- You have at least at least 7-11 years of relevant experience at an agency, design firm or leading brand
- You have experience in graphic design, art direction, advertising, marketing, corporate identity, branding, and digital communication
- Excellent design, system thinking, and conceptual skills accompanied by the ability to guide and evaluate, and if necessary, redirect creative development
- You are naturally curious and passionate about design — with a keen awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, resources, and trends
- You are a motivated and driven art director that collaborates well with a team to find simple solutions to complex problems
- You are a proficient communicator, with great presentation skills, that can articulate ideas in a clear manner, engage in healthy debate, and accept directional feedback. Must be able to communicate effectively both up and down a creative organization
- In depth knowledge of the creative development process, including effectively and efficiently staffing projects, providing timely and helpful feedback to improve creative solutions, and producing work on schedule. Must be able to effectively lead junior creative staff members, vendors, freelancers, photographers, and illustrators as needed
- You are proficient in design software used in the design process, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with 3D software is a plus
