Primary Objective of Position: The Senior Specialist, Product Marketing focused on IoT (Internet of Things) products, will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to develop a customer value-focused marketing strategy that tells the story of transformation and innovation. Because we push boundaries every day, your most critical skills will be building relationships and leveraging those relationships to activate our marketing strategy, ensuring that our campaigns meet internal expectations and resonate with external audiences.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Work with Product Teams, Sales, Digital Team, Engineering etc. to develop and maintain subject matter expertise, primarily focused on our smart and connected IoT products, but also our Class A, B, and C products (as needed)
  • Intimately understand the needs and pain points of our target customers for our smart and connected Internet of Things (IoT) products and develop marketing tactics that effectively draw them to our offerings. (IoT is the collective network of connected devices and the technology that facilitates communication between devices and the cloud, as well as between the devices themselves.)
  • Help develop marketing strategy (including KPIs) for smart, connected IoT products and drive execution of said strategy
  • Own the development of targeted marketing campaigns and assets focused on improving business KPIs.
  • Develop a diverse marketing toolkit to aid in launching new IoT products and services across all channels[MF1]
  • Support development of digital and printed product brochures, including content, coordinating agency support, managing photo units, and scheduling photography.
  • Attend all relevant team and product meetings as the representative from the marketing team and own any and all marketing-related deliverables coming out of these meetings.
  • Champion solutions acceleration initiatives and drive innovative marketing campaigns supporting Intel IoT
  • Attend shows to support marketing initiatives and/or product launches. Expected travel: 30 percent.

Education and Experience:

The Product Development Manager will be involved in all aspects of the product life cycle, including interviewing stakeholders, drafting requirements, defining test criteria, supporting field deployments, and managing the iterative improvement process and performance analysis.     Detailed Description:

    • Understand and influence the strategic vision of the Company’s automation and controls development roadmap; assist in prioritizing development efforts and report progress to stakeholders

    • Create and manage a rolling 12-month content calendar to align with brand plan for DTC channels, presenting specific details around all-types of content and their placements, aligning with strategic all-company marketing initiatives
    • Drive continuous improvement of the site and app by continually refreshing content, functionality, and optimizing the customer experience
    • Partner closely with SEO team to ensure content is optimized for the client experience and site performance
    • Develop a positive customer journey on GHOST owned channels and drive audience growth by building and engaging our customer database with branded & unbranded content
    • Own weekly blog content generation, including the development of visuals and written content
    • Own recommendations during project kickoff and briefing process to inform the type of original content, functionality, and features needed for e-comm channels to facilitate high-performing launch and product campaigns
    • Identify new communication channels that provide a deeper connection between the brand and customer, ultimately leading to a better customer experience
    • Continually enhance consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency of brand voice & tone while supporting e-comm initiatives.
    • Oversee the tri-weekly GHOST brand-email marketing flows and manage the creation of content for net-new and triggered emails
    • Test, schedule, preview, and deploy website, email, and app content, ensuring accuracy at each step
    • Collaborate on defined KPIs, collect results, analyze performance, develop key actions, and communicate to cross-functional teams to optimize content-marketing strategies
    • Track the competitive set & sports nutrition landscape to gain an in-depth awareness and understanding of the content trends, site experiences, and storytelling, cultivating new content ideas and innovative content formats
    • Identify opportunities and seek new initiatives to maximize sales by leveraging customer behavior onsite, site performance trends, and asset engagement analytics.

    You have:

    • 4+ years of digital content experience including managing websites, blog posts, emails, and crafting compelling content to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field of study required
    • Experience working with a fitness/health CPG brand and a strong understanding of brand identity preferred
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience leveraging content management systems
    • Experience with Shopify

    Purpose: The Affiliate Marketing Manager is focused on recruiting publishers and advertisers for our new Scholly Offers product. This position is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing publisher and advertiser relationships aligned with to grow revenue for the Scholly Offers product. 

    Key Accountabilities: Oversee the Affiliate Publisher Program

    • Manage Scholly’s affiliate publisher program in Tune by recruiting and fostering relationships with affiliate publishers, including content, CPA/CPC networks, subnetworks, influencers, and others to grow the Scholly Offers user base. 
    • Use Tune to monitor day to day performance of publishers to ensure ROI for the Scholly Offers product to negotiate, pause, or adjust terms of partnership if needed. 
    • Negotiate CPL, CPA, and CPC deals to ensure ROAS
    • Direct day-to-day operations of the publisher affiliate program including partner contracts, tracking, pricing, and negottions. 
    • Suggest ways to maximize use of existing paid channels and recommend new ones
    • Assist with outreach to new advertisers to add to the Scholly Offers marketplace. 

    Reporting Relationships: The Affiliate Marketing Manager reports directly to the Head of Strategic Partnerships. This position does not have any direct reports.
