- Participants may be filmed at their own workplaces, highlighting their interaction with the hiring platform and the freelancers.
- Actively engage in selecting freelancers for roles such as Fractional CFO, Generative AI modeling, Data analysis, and more.
Requirements:
- Must be a small business owner or a hiring manager at a company with 11-250 employees.
- Looking for individuals who appear to be 30 years or older, of any gender and ethnicity.
- Must be actively seeking to hire freelancers or staff in areas such as Machine Learning, Front-end Development, ERP System Specialization, and other listed fields.
- Able to provide your own wardrobe suitable for a professional setting.
Compensation:
- $2,000 base rate plus 20% for participation and rights usage.
- Usage rights include 1-year digital, internet, social media, YouTube, and OTT platforms. An option for a second-year renewal at a 20% increase.
- Additional $2,000 option fee if a TV broadcast is decided, plus 20%.
