Overview:
Our client seeks a dynamic individual with hybrid skills in an integrated project manager/producer role.
This individual will partner with the account team on the planning and development of all creative work products.
- As the executor extraordinaire, the Senior PM/Producer will manage the details of the project from input to completion, shepherding through multiple departments, coordinating internal agency and outside resources, and maintaining timelines and budgets throughout the process.
- A successful candidate will be comfortable under pressure and has mastered the art of negotiation and juggling projects to ensure that constantly shifting priorities are met on a daily basis. Detail obsession is a must.
- A successful candidate will be comfortable working on a wide variety of project work including print management, sales promotion development, video production, digital and social campaigns, trade show and mobile execution and other integrated marketing initiatives.
- Responsibilities will include the ability to bring proactive solutions that assist the agency in meeting client needs and balancing resources to ensure a steady workflow. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the primary internal contact for assigned day-to-day projects, partnering with the account team to understand client business and communication needs.

- 6+ years in a project manager or producer role servicing B2B and B2C clients. Agency experience preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

This person must be able to lead a team of marketers, writers, designers, and account managers and interact with clients on a regular basis.
Marketing Director Responsibilities
- Develop and execute research-driven marketing strategies and plans for a consulting, professional services, and software solutions company
- Define the public-facing voice and style of the organization across our website, social channels, and digital collateral
- Plan, direct, coordinate and execute results-driven marketing campaigns, such as brand building, conversational marketing, email, social, and others
- Manage all marketing projects from start to finish with a strong focus on quantifiable performance indicators and return on investment
- Organize events, including company-hosted events, client events, conferences
- Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing
- Conduct market research to understand demand and competitive environment
- Work closely with sales to support and enhance all relationship-based business development efforts
- Manage departmental budget and expenditures

Marketing Director Requirements
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Required: 5+ years of experience marketing professional services in the technology sector (e.g., IT consulting, custom development, data engineering or similar)
- Proven experience developing and leading campaigns across a variety of media and platforms
- Competency with relevant digital marketing and sales automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets
- Experience managing a marketing team
- Professional and proactive work ethic
- High competence in project and stakeholder management
- Attention to detail, effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
