The Senior Production Designer will serve the design team within the KCD Creative Group, managing and actively assisting with the ideation, design, and implementation of multiple concurrent projects overseen by the Director of Design and the VP of the Creative Group.
• Uphold and promote Agency brand ideals with clients, vendors, and freelancers within the industry, cultivating strong external communications and relationships with those clients, vendors, and freelancers.
• Serve as an Agency ambassador to grow the client base and expand Agency reach.
• Demonstrate extensive and high-level strategic ability to work with clients, provide solutions, interpret/create vision for
projects, and implement flawless execution.
• Research and maintain expertise in environmental design, architecture, technology, technical design, experiential
industry standards, creative vendors, talent, music, pop culture, etc.
• Maintain a keen understanding of a wide range of brands across fashion and lifestyle.
• Support the Director of Design & design team, offering up creative, design and management expertise, mentoring and
overseeing junior members of the design team.
• Lead & support on the conceptualization, presentation, and creative realization of partner & client briefs
• Attend key design & creative reviews for both internal and client projects and serve as decision-maker in internal
reviews in cooperation with other department directors.
• Navigate design projects from ideation through construction with minimal support from design management
• Thoroughly understand the design, production and build processes, as well as fabrication methods that allows for
collaborative workshops/conversations/negotiations with our vendors
• Provide art direction to other designers or outside vendors
• Passionately and articulately present design to clients to reflect an understanding of client goals/desires
• Communicate designs creatively when traditional modes of representation aren’t appropriate for the situation at hand
(i.e. sketches, collages, requesting a client workshop etc.)
• Execute event venue research, establish set design (from concept to drafting, visualization, development, and
management) and manage technical production drawings (drafting, rendering, development, and management)
• Manage & oversee the install of creative & design infrastructures and elements onsite, working openly and comfortably
with technical, fabrication, and set design partners and vendors to properly execute the project.
• Lead the environmental design aspects on assigned projects of various scales including creative conception
(moodboards), floorplans, renderings, environmental graphics, and construction/technical documentation according to
the project needs
• Provide support to Partners, Vice President, Director of Design, and Creative/Fashion Services staff members
• Support the Director of Design in creating and maintaining all design-related templates and resources
• Regularly collaborate with Producers and Designers in other KCD Offices, promoting seamless communication
• Continually update & maintain the Design & Creative vendor list, project case studies and any materials needed to
inspire or showcase KCD’s teams & work.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong knowledge of the fashion industry is a MUST, with a keen understanding of luxury aesthetics

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
REQUIREMENTS:
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong experience in 3D modeling and renders creation and editing
• Working knowledge and/or proficiency in CAD/Vectorworks and/or other technical design softwares
• 7+ years relevant experience in design and events
• 3+ years of international work experience and knowledge of key regional vendors in Europe and Asia
• Desire to push oneself to continually learn, expand skill base and industry knowledge

The Digital Freelancer will work within the Digital Group and alongside the Media Relations Group. They will be responsible for assisting with social media integration and influencer campaigns. This digital-savvy individual will bring a professional, motivated and diversified skills set to compliment the department and agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work within the KCD Digital team to support each client’s digital PR strategies
· Provide a consistent, professional client experience/ manage expectations throughout relationship and provide consistent and timely communication
· Track campaign content and analytics
· Coordinate sample delivery and content tracking for all client social campaigns
· Oversee project campaign timeline
· Generate social media coverage reports for 3-4 KCD digital clients
· Maintain and update digital contact lists
· Full training on Fashion GPS, assist with GPS as it relates to the digital department, iPads, contact list updates, etc.
· Digital event coordination and management such as manage guestlists, RSVPs, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
6 months-1 year of relevant experience in influencer strategy, strong internships included.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Knowledge of the fashion industry
· Experience working with a brand online
· Must have knowledge of all current social media networks and trends including, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
· Familiar with top websites, key bloggers and editors

An Executive Producer acts as an integral member of the KCD Worldwide Creative Group and its global clients to provide a highly professional and innovative perspective on event execution & client services. This person is an expert in live event production with extensive and impressive know-how in managing all aspects of the event including ideation, experience design, consumer journey, custom fabrication, technical & production management, staffing, live event execution & client management. The Executive Producer has a deep respect and appreciation for big picture ideas and has the experience and sensibility to navigate the process of delivery. An innovative approach to solving production challenges is necessary to execute our complex and original ideas & designs. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a leader to Producers and Coordinators to ensure that their projects are hitting milestones on-time and within assigned budget
- Align project resources, full-time and freelance, to manifest excellence in the execution of defined project objectives
- Be an advocate for the client, translating their business needs and interests to the internal team
- Translate project requirements to internal teams and collaborate with Leadership and Executives to develop proposals, SOWs, or Change Orders (including objectives, approach, estimates, and timelines) as needed
- Report real-time status to Executive leadership, while anticipating “what’s next”
- Inspire and challenge the project teams by continually looking for innovative solutions and production methods
- Able to develop an engagement strategy and work with the project team and discipline leads to execute it, involving people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization (goals, deliverables, schedule, budget, resources)
- Develop and actively manage all vendors/ freelance talent relationships to ensure the best available talent and pricing for the project.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years producing events and/or live activations including hands-on experience overseeing event content creation, fabrication, interactive development, onsite testing, AV production, projection mapping, etc.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in producing multi-day pop up experiences, live music concerts with top tier talent & touring brand activations.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with extensive budgeting and negotiating skills
- Capacity to instill trust in clients and have strong global relationships with a wide range of fashion industry leaders and peers, as well as high level vendor contacts, and relationships within the events industry
- Detailed knowledge of vendor pricing for production elements in both large and small scale
- Possess strong management skills, ability to work in collaborative team environment, actively engage both colleagues and clients in open communication, and ability to lead a team while continually motivating and inspiring innovation
- Exemplary time management skills, ability to multitask, intelligent analysis of dynamics across variable and concurrent client projects, ability to work well under pressure
