Los Angeles Extras Casting Call for Pickup Trucks

Job Description: We are seeking background actors who own pickup trucks for an upcoming shoot in Pomona. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional production. If you meet the requirements and are interested in participating, please review the job responsibilities and requirements below.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrive on set in Pomona on Friday, June 21st, at the designated call time.
• Bring your pickup truck to be used in the scene.
• Follow directions from the production team and ensure your vehicle is in good working condition.
• Maintain a professional demeanor on set and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Must be registered with Central Casting.
• Must own a pickup truck in good condition.
• Available to work on Friday, June 21st.
• Able to provide a photo of your truck via email and have it uploaded to your Central Casting profile.
• Willing to comply with all production guidelines and directions.

Compensation Details:

• Base Rate: $136 for 8 hours of work.
• Additional $25 for providing your pickup truck.

Designer Fragrance Casting – Real Couples

About the Project:

We are casting a diverse pool of couples for an exciting motion piece project for a major fashion designer fragrance shoot. We will confirm 4-6 couples in total, with 4 couples being used for the video piece and 3 specifically selected for the Print Campaign who will also be featured in the video.

We are open to submissions from real couples and talent who are comfortable posing as couples with their friends.

Important Dates:

•In-Person Casting: Tuesday, June 18th

•Shoot Date: June 25th

Talent Rates:

•Project Fee: $1,500 per person (inclusive of agency fee, if applicable). This covers participation in casting, measurement sessions, fittings, and the shoot date.

•Print Campaign Usage Fee: An additional $4,500 for couples chosen as recognizable Hero faces, inclusive of agency fee if the client exercises the option. Rates are renewable for 3x 1 year terms at +10% yearly.

•All non-recognizable material is allowed in perpetuity.

Usage Term:

•One (1) year from the date of first commercial insertion, determined at the client’s discretion.

•Includes a three (3) month PR period immediately preceding the first day of Usage and a six (6) month wind-down period following the last day of the Usage Term.

•Brand retains perpetual rights to all materials for non-commercial, historical, archival, and corporate uses (including videos, brochures, and corporate website).

This campaign celebrates real Disney guests at Downtown Disney. We’re seeking authentic families and friends who frequent the area. This is for a print campaign only – no video will be taken on set.

We are searching for:
