Searching for real female cardiologists in Los Angeles

In each episode of the series, an expert will explain a given condition through the senses. Sitting at a table, straight to camera, the expert will go through different senses to give viewers a more visceral understanding of what it feels like to have this condition. Preferred age range 40 – 60 years old, some on-camera experience, and good credentials.

Rate: $1000 for a 10 hour day.

This will be featured on Self.com, YouTube, and SELF’s social media channels.

Heather Basten Casting is casting for a 90’s-era Feature Film from BBC Film. The two lead characters are working class, free-spirited, and have a confident attitude.

You do not need to be an actor to apply! No experience needed. We are keen to meet young people from the local community.

• [SUMINTRA] 60 to 70 years old, Indo/Caribbean female. She doesn’t like change. She raised Dhani by herself after Ragbir abandoned them. Speaks with a Trinidadian accent. PRINCIPAL
• [SAM] 60 to 70 years old, Caribbean/any ethnicity (East Asian, Southeast Asian, white, South Asian, Black, etc, with Caribbean heritage) male. Overworked and underpaid lawyer in Toronto. Messy, but knows where things are on his desk. ACTOR

• We’re looking for a Black, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, or Asian woman age 30-45 to portray a TV news reporter in the low-budget horror film “The Decedent,” filming in Pittsburgh. The rate is $200 for one day. 

You should have previous on-camera experience and be available to work as a local in the Pittsburgh area on either Dec. 10 or Dec. 11. There is no mileage, hotel, etc.

Casting Alert! We are searching for a CAUCASIAN BOY AGES 7 TO 9, with brown hair to work in a STILL SHOT (PHOTOGRAPH) as the younger version of one of the actors on Wed., Dec. 8th. There will be a Covid test on Friday, Dec. 3rd and a Covid test and fitting on Monday, Dec. 6th.

CASTING CALL – FINANCIAL INSTITUTION – FILMING IN SYDNEY 

We’re excited to be working on an upcoming campaign for a popular financial institution. This campaign will focus on conveying an important message surrounding the issue of financial control and abuse here in Australia. 

We’re looking to cast a number of roles – calling people of all ages and backgrounds to stand up for a great cause. 

• 1. Older Person (65-90yrs) + Child/Grandchild/Carer (20-50yrs) – Looking for two people that have a real relationship, open to any scenario
• 2. Young Queer Couple (20-30yrs) 
• 3. Parent (30-50yrs) + Child (6-10yrs) 

We are open to casting all gender identities for the roles listed above. Although some roles we post in our casting calls have specified genders attached, if you see a character that you connect with, feel free to apply for that particular role.
