• No outside tests are accepted.
• The test performed is a Covid-19 PCR Test.
• While at the test facility and on set, You must wear PPE.
• All possible work dates are contingent upon clearing these tests.
• You may not provide test results from another outside source. It would be best if the Houston Health and Safety team tested you.
• You must attend testing regardless of vaccination status.

This Production has a mandatory vaccination policy for all Zone A workers, including Background Actors, Stand-Ins, and other talent ages five and above working on its set.
