Job Description
A talented Podcast Producer and Editor is needed in Los Angeles to transform a 2-hour raw interview into a polished, Netflix-style episode. This is an opportunity for a creative storyteller who can craft engaging narratives and enhance content with professional visuals and editing.

Job Responsibilities

• Listen to and edit a long-form podcast into a compelling, story-driven episode

• Use DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere for high-quality editing

• Integrate visuals such as photos, stock video, and graphics to enhance storytelling

• Create a short teaser or trailer for promotion

• Design custom podcast cover artwork

• Upload final episodes to Spotify and YouTube

• Communicate directly with the client via FaceTime or text for project coordination

Requirements

• Native English speaker (U.S.-based)

• Proven experience in podcast, documentary, or TV editing

• Strong storytelling and pacing skills

• Ability to source and integrate visuals from stock libraries

• Professional and reliable; no beginners

• Portfolio or examples of past work required
