Casting Call for Untitled Post-Incarceration Feature Film

Job Description: We are seeking talented actors for various roles in an upcoming SAG-AFTRA low-budget feature film, which will be shot in Hartford, CT. This film explores the life of an ex-offender who was locked up since his teens and now navigates the challenges of life post-incarceration while trying to gain independence as a first-time adult.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform in assigned roles with professionalism and dedication.
  • Collaborate effectively with the director, producers, and other cast members.
  • Participate in rehearsals and take direction well to deliver authentic performances.
  • Maintain punctuality and adhere to the shooting schedule from July 1-26, 2024.

Requirements:

  • Previous acting experience preferred.
  • Must be a SAG-AFTRA member.
  • Ability to portray the character’s emotions and depth convincingly.
  • Must be available for the entire shooting schedule in Hartford, CT.
