Event Details: The grand opening will include activities designed to engage attendees and celebrate the new store. Staff will play a crucial role in ensuring the event’s success by creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities:
General Staff Duties:
- Assist with setting up and tearing down the event.
- Proactively approach event attendees with energy and enthusiasm.
- Go above and beyond to make the day special for the store owners.
- Be willing to assist wherever needed throughout the event.
- Ignite excitement and encourage attendees to join Dunkin’ Rewards.
- Foster discussions about Dunkin’ products to create brand buzz.
- Create a fun and memorable experience for all attendees.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Distribute coupons and/or premiums to attendees.
Mascot Duties:
- Engage with consumers while dressed as Cuppy, the Dunkin’ Mascot.
- Pose for photos, dance, and create excitement without using voice.
- Remain flexible on breaks except during the check presentation and ribbon-cutting.
- Work with a handler for support to ensure safety.
Mandatory Mascot Sizing Requirements:
- Shoe Size: (F) 6.5 – 12 / (M) 5.5 – 11
- Height: 5’ 1″ – 5’ 10″
- Apparel Size: (F) S – XL / 2 – 16 / (M) S – L
