JOB SUMMARY: The role will be responsible for the travel, hotel accommodations, and transfers of the Variety Entertainers and Enrichment speakers. The role will support operations for Variety Entertainment and Enrichment programs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support day-to-day operations related to Variety Entertainment and Enrichment Programs.
- Coordinate and process air-travel for Enrichment Programs, and Variety Entertainment.
- Work with Port Agents to arrange transfers and hotel accommodation as needed for Guest Entertainers and Enrichment Programs.
- Upload and code agency invoices for approval.
- Upload, update, and support guest entertainers/speakers BIOS in BOX.
- Process data entry for project updates, and service requests as needed.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned within the scope of the position.
- Contribute to the improvement of office processes as needed.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, travel and transfers in order to reconciles agent invoices.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE: Minimum1 year experience in Administrative/ Clerical role. Logistics and data entry experience is a plus.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
- Must have a high level of computer competency, proficient in Excel and reporting, working knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Monday.com
- Focus should be on problem solving to ensure a top-quality service for Guest Speakers and Guest Entertainers to join their assigned ship.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Must be able to work with other departments across the organization.
- Possess strong follow up skills and detailed oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload that meet deadlines.
- Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.
- Entertainment Coordinator should be an autonomous, self-starter who works well unsupervised.
- Must show a high level of organizational and communication skills, takes a proactive approach, adaptable, collaborative and must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- They must show passion daily to succeed and is resourceful.
