Optomi, in partnership with a Fast-Growing Company in the Sports Industry that allows athletes more ownership of their brands, is seeking a Creative Director to join their team. As a Creative Director, you will have the ability to change the way athletes in baseball are seen. This Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks involved in creating and implementing creative strategies for branding. This includes art direction, graphic design, and overall creative direction.

Experience of the Right Candidate:
- Experience working in a Leadership Position.
- Experience in Motion Design.
- Curating and building Brands.
- Fluent in graphic design, photography, videography, and associated software.
- Managing and oversee content strategy and brand identity.
- Experience with photography – objects and People.
- Touch-ups and design enhancement for social media, PR, marketing, and players.
- Must be reliable and agile, as sometimes the sports world requires quick reaction as events unfold on the field.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:
- Coordinate projects with other creative leads for inclusion of various elements: photos, titles, bugs, animations, etc.
- Assembling design toolkits for regular editorial needs, like highlights, awards, partnerships, etc.
- Providing design input for brand and player style guides as needed. Interpreting brand needs with a design-first mentality that leads to follower growth for various social channels.
- Joining company leadership and key players for in-person events and capturing footage and stills to later be repurposed for marketing and social media.
- Work with team leadership on planning out weekly editorial schedule for Brand and player social accounts.
- Managing and oversee content strategy and brand identity.
- Photographing various objects and individuals on-site. Then providing touch-ups and design enhancement for sharing with social, PR, marketing, and players.
- Travel will be required.
