This group is currently focused on improving current customer communication by migrating from ticket to customer centric approach. In other words, they will be nondependent on tickets when there is an outage and instead interacting with customers more frequently when there is an outage or using the data to see which areas have an outage where it is uncommon-to- frequent and basing communication off that.
