Role Summary
Job Description
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership, direction, and expertise for the Ad Sales organization. In collaboration with the Director, Human Resources – Ad Sales, this person will provide day to day client support and strategic HR solutions for Ad Sales vertical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and leverage HR processes (incl. Staffing, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation/Reward Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Communication) for client groups
- Partner/collaborate with leadership team to align and execute HR strategies in support of ad sales initiatives
- Manage complex employee relations issues including organizational and structural changes
- Develop and implement appropriate change management plans
- Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, procedures and practices
- Provide advice, counsel and coaching to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Identify, select, develop and retain world-class talent and ensure a dynamic pipeline
- Uncover, assess and propose opportunities for HR process
- Serve as a mentor to HR Coordinator and to junior team
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR partnering experience including recruiting, performance management, salary planning and organizational development.
