About the Role
Union’s Creative Director is a connector and motivator. They can both mentor and grow creative team members while also challenging and inspiring them to do the best work of their careers. The Creative Director at Union plays a key role in cross-departmental collaboration. Helping build bridges between departments to deliver the best possible work for our clients.Â
As an important creative voice at the agency, the Creative Director will play a key role in the conception and execution of campaign ideas that excite our clients and delight their consumers. Here at Union, we see every project as an opportunity to raise the bar. This is an integral role responsible for upholding Union’s high creative standards while continually elevating the capabilities of the agency. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, helping craft a range of client deliverables including integrated and performance media campaigns. Ultimately, the Creative Director role is all about fostering collaboration, leading creative teams to develop breakthrough ideas, aligning the greater creative team on a collective vision, and creating award-winning campaigns.

- Concept and execute innovative creative approaches that support project objectives and drive results
- Lead teams to develop inspiring, strategically driven campaign, informed by data
- Inspire and motivate team to create remarkable work
- Provides feedback and guidance to members of the team
- Balance multiple clients and projects across the agency
- Work cross-discipline to make ideas a reality across various tactics
- Establish the creative direction for campaigns across multiple platforms
- Foster progressive thought and always push creative boundaries
- Attends and oversee production when necessary
- Be a voice not just for the creative department but for the agency
- Proactive approach to identifying new opportunities with clients
- As a leader of the department, sets examples through work, behavior, effort and attitude
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working with leading brands and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Highly conceptual thinking
- Portfolio demonstrates innovative, acclaimed campaign workÂ
- Expert at presenting ideas in all group sizes, both internally and client facing
- Strong knowledge of 360 campaign development and creative process
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for brilliant copy, beautiful design and technology
- Instinct to lead with vision and creative inspiration
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
- Comfortable estimating and scoping client projects
- A strong understanding of digital media tactics including paid and social campaigns
- Experience working on websites a plus

Requirements

Compensation

Production Assistant: $220/12

Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee
