Must be located in the Greater Miami area or willing to relocate!

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the brand’s US influencer collaborations from initial outreach and engagement to negotiation to execution to KPI tracking and analysis
  • Design, set up and execute new, innovative and highly activating influencer marketing campaigns in order to drive community growth, awareness and sales in the US
  • Contribute to high-level marketing strategy and closely collaborate with social media and content marketing teams to align activities and campaigns for our US markets
  • Research, identify and recruit new influencers and brand ambassadors. Manage, look after and foster existing relationships. Build and maintain a strong network with long-term partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze all campaign performances in terms of reach, engagement, community growth and ROI and convert analytical insights into concepts and recommendations
  • Collect influencer marketing know-how, develop best practices and channel learnings back into the Influencer Marketing team and the organization
  • Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements as well as relevant best practice examples on influencer marketing
  • Event organizing and management for international influencer events

 

Your strengths and qualifications:

  • Ideally more than 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Great industry understanding and in-depth knowledge of influencer marketing and social media developments
  • Track record of creating and managing highly activating influencer marketing campaigns
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, ability to maintain professional relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Collaborative team-player with entrepreneurial attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach willing to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
  • Strength in prioritization, independent way of working and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Your native language is English & good Spanish communication skills are a plus

Job Description
A new production is assembling a skilled and reliable film crew across multiple cities for upcoming shoots. Roles are open for Production Assistants, Camera Operators with drone experience, and Audio Technicians. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team and contribute to a dynamic, creative set environment. Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to execute shoot-day operations

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of gear, locations, and production zones

  • Operate cameras or drones to capture high-quality footage (Cam Ops)

  • Record clean, crisp audio on set using professional equipment (Audio Techs)

  • Maintain a professional, on-time presence throughout production days

Requirements

  • Previous on-set experience in your applied role

  • Ability to travel to one of the listed production cities

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • For Cam Ops: drone experience and access to drone kit

  • For Audio Techs: own audio kit

Compensation

  • Production Assistant: $220/12

  • Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee

  • Audio Technician: $650/12 + $300 kit fee
