GALE is currently hiring a digital focused Production Designer who has expertise in both print and digital production to join our Toronto creative team. You will be responsible to take designs during the final stages of development to ensure accuracy and prepare them for print of digital production. Your creative and technical skills to format various images and illustrations will be instrumental for delivery. You should have an eye for detail, be highly organized, self-motivated with the ability to take ownership in areas of responsibility.

Who you are…

  • 3+ years experience in an integrated digital and print production role in a creative agency environment
  • Solid working experience building, editing and optimizing pixel and vector graphics (Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously
  • An ability to communicate clearly with peers and across disciplines
  • An eagerness to try (and adopt) new applications and working methods
  • A dedication to delivering great work

Production

  • Digital production skills for websites and CRM
  • Accurately preparing development ready files

  • Creating Keynote, Powerpoint and Google slides presentations/decks

  • Assisting Art Directors and Designers with production of style guides and brand guidelines
  • Layouts and design (expanding on art direction)

  • Familiarity in print and collateral design and production
