About You
You have at least 1 to 3 years of experience and are eager to work closely with account and creative teams to fulfill client marketing needs across a variety of consumer touchpoints, including print and digital. You are known for your solid design skills, sense of urgency, collaborative spirit—and ability to juggle multiple projects and nail deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Solve design challenges while maintaining brand standards.
- Participate in asset creation and production, following agency file management and naming conventions.
- Possess strong organizational, detail-loving skills.
- Be flexible knowing that work sometimes moves fast and shifts focus.
- Manage and prioritize work effectively.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- A solid understanding of layout across print (and digital media).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator; knowledge of Figma is a plus).
- Experience with production and prepping files to vendor standards.
- Self-starter; proven track record of getting things done.
- Agency experience preferred.
YAH teams are currently working remote but office flex-time is available.
