The Sr Mgr, Social Media & Influencer Marketing will help drive our established always-on social media and influencer marketing campaigns in order to deliver the best-in-market engagement and products for our growing community for the US market. Understanding the brand’s core values and the business objectives, this ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in leading social strategy, content creation, reporting and community management for our social media and influencer marketing programs worldclass category-defining brands.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the direction and execution of US social media content, influencer marketing campaign, strategic partnerships with influencers and budget across channels to build brand fame and community engagement.
- Partner with Brand & Product Marketing to develop and implement a strategic calendar that showcases key products, launches, partnerships, events and corporate initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry emerging trends, influencers, creators, partners across these platforms to make compelling and engaging influencer content across channels.
- Lead community management to engage, grow, and support our customer community.
- Manage, optimize and maintain a strong influencer database portal, as well as oversee influencer teams to meet monthly KPIs and quarter KPIs for global projects.
- Closely monitor channel KPI results against targets to manage budget and resources effectively.
- Proactively optimize content and campaigns based on data results.
- Work with agency partners, global and regional cross-functional teams to define and establish new influencer methodologies;
- Recommend refinement of process or workflows if necessary for new social media initiatives to boost awareness and relevance for the market.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, eCommerce field is a plus.
- Obsessed with digging deep into insights and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest best practices, tools, and trends on social media platforms related to YouTube, Instagram, Instagram stories, IGTV, Instagram Live, TikTok, Meta/Meta Live, Pinterest, Twitter, Amazon Live etc.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Highly structured, focused, and organized; Adept at crafting structures and operational processes to ensure a consistent, repeatable outcomes
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
