Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Performance Marketing Manager with deep experience managing large scale paid media campaigns to drive profitable customer acquisition. This entails researching and implementing best practices for creative testing, media buying, conversion optimization and streamlining of processes to scale marketing efficiency on META and other platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on management of paid acquisition campaigns across META and other platforms to drive profitable growth
  • Combine optimal creative and media buying tactics to strategically target and build a robust cohort of customers along the conversion funnel
  • Lead performance creative team to produce creative for maximal conversion efficiency
  • Develop rigorous testing methodology to continuously generate learnings and optimize creative at all stages of conversion funnel
  • Generate and communicate data-driven insights and actionable next steps to guide creative production
  • Continuously research, stay at forefront of and implement new performing creative and media buying tactics
  • Continuously research ads and learn from growth marketing networks and podcasts to identify growth opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive landing page optimization
  • Manage attribution tools to improve measurement rigor and optimize performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on experience managing and scaling a paid social budget for a DTC eCommerce brand
  • Experience integrating highly efficient acquisition campaigns with sophisticated brand messaging and audience strategies
  • Highly motivated and curious to independently learn and stay at forefront of developments in paid social advertising
  • Experience with A/B testing and sophisticated measurement techniques and attribution models
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Proficient writing skills with passion for great ad copy and ad creative
  • Strong leadership skills, managing and motivating a talented team of performance creative marketers and cross-functional experts
  • Enthusiasm for helping shape an intensely motivated, talented and caring team culture and organizational processes
  • Confidence communicating across the organization, with cross-functional stakeholders

Job Description

We seek an exceptionally talented Product Manager to help optimize the user experience to drive conversion rate, LTV and brand affinity to support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is analytical, data-driven, passionate about the brand experience and thrives in fast-paced / high growth environments. This is a role for someone seeking a highly impactful position at a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Help define and execute the product roadmap (site and landing page), aligning with user needs and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – with acquisition, retention, creative, development, and analytics teams – to successfully deliver product initiatives from ideation to launch.
  • Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization.
  • Monitor and report key product metrics and performance indicators, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to optimize user experiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly talented Creative Director to help build the preeminent brand in wellness and beauty-from-within. This is a rare opportunity to craft profound narratives with rich cultural myth, deep emotional content and resounding cultural relevance to influence consumer behavior in a digital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with visionary founder and CEO to develop and execute a creative strategy that meets brand and business objectives
  • Lead creative team consisting of designer, art director, and performance copywriter
  • Manage consistent look and feel, brand voice and messaging across all touch points – including but not limited to email, social media, paid socials, partnerships and site (product)
  • Lead all photoshoots and creative execution to continuously set higher artistic and creative standards with each new campaign. Uphold luxury status of brand while driving revenue, brand adoration and engagement
  • Concept and execute campaign creative to drive measurable performance across the conversion funnel
  • Help lead performance creative team consisting of producer and video editor
  • Lead, coach and motivate creative team members for high performance and autonomy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leading creative meetings as needed, to meet all creative needs of organization
  • Manage relationships with external creative partners – agencies, freelancers and other contributors as needed

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of in-house or agency experience in brand creative, performance creative and/or editorial department
  • Roll-up your sleeves, get in the weeds, extremely adaptable to change, no job too small attitude, a must
  • Motivated by organizational ambition instead of personal ambition, a must
  • Ability to receive and deliver radical candor, a must
  • Experience leading creative teams and art directing across mediums – photography, video, graphic design, print etc
  • In-depth understanding of DTC eCommerce, performance branding, internet standards and interactivity – especially social media, email, content marketing and site (product)
  • Broad cultural and international exposure, especially to art, architecture, design and luxury branding, a plus
  • Passion for health, wellness, beauty and interest in mindfulness practices, a plus
  • A strong communicator, both visually and verbally
  • Highly organized and resourceful with ability to deliver excellence while addressing creative needs for different departments and stakeholders
