Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As an Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies specifically tailored for the online Shopify commerce platform. Your main focus will be managing and optimizing our digital marketing email + SMS campaigns and social media for specific clients, as well as coordinating with our graphic designer and client roster for content approval during the holiday season and post-holiday season, with the aim of maximizing online sales and revenue generation.
This role creates and executes unique and compelling marketing campaigns and creative that ‘wow’ our clients and push boundaries. A Marketing Manager is proactive and works to stay ahead of his/her client(s) by listening and perfecting details, generating ideas to drive content, engagement, and revenue, interacting to present marketing, creative, and commerce services/solutions, and truly exists to serve the client, and the FS Team, making all parties believers!
Responsibilities:
• Offers a great client experience including meetings and ongoing communication to discuss priorities, strategy, and upcoming initiatives.
• Develop innovative creative marketing campaigns to drive high audience engagement, consumer loyalty and consumption.
• Work with the Client’s team to ensure all initiatives are promoted and executed in an effective and engaging manner.
• Manage email database and create and implement email campaigns driving general awareness of Client, tour and content promotion, and merchandise sales.
• Work with graphic designers to develop all assets for marketing/advertising collateral and online properties including social content/banners, banner ads, social ads, website, webstore, online pitch decks, sales/streaming platforms for a cohesive design look overall.
• Procurement of relative assets internally and externally for websites, webstores, and marketing campaigns
• Compile and analyze reporting and tracking metrics for all campaigns, sales, advertising, and online initiatives to maximize results.
• Participate in team meetings and other applicable Futureshirts meetings.
• Assist in event(s), tasks, and functions regarding Futureshirts
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
• Marketing Strategy Execution: Develop, implement, and manage effective marketing strategies for our online commerce platform
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media

Mission of the Tour Coordinator
The Tour Coordinator shall endeavor to help make the Futureshirts Touring Department an easy, efficient, and effective service for our clients. The Tour Coordinator will help build, manage, and maintain successful events, tours, and activations alongside the SVP, of Touring, and fellow Tour Coordinators at Futureshirts. The TC will help oversee the management of tours, touring inventories, and logistics, leading to a successful 360° experience for Futureshirts clients and event patrons. The TC is a critical thinker, proficient operator, and multi-tasker. The role requires a focus on accountability in order to delight our clients and turn them into champions of FS. The Tour Coordinator shall continuously evaluate the service provided and strive to make it better.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and Assist with all things Tour Coordination & Live Events related
- Manage forecasting (projections) and Inventories for assigned tours (including tour pulls and shipments)
- Forecast-determine sizing and order quantities with trends, per heads, and sales historicals
- Provide touring budgets and touring plans prior to launches
- Maintain proper inventories on the tour and in the warehouses
- Supervise product shipping /logistics
- Manage Touring Road Staff and treat Teammates with kindness
- Travel to Live Events on occasion
- Work with the Production team and Account Managers to help make launch dates and touring orders successful
- Work alongside Account Managers in product development, presentation, and tour pricing points
- Manage customer service situations as needed
- Deliver Product to clients locally if necessary
- Maintain the warehouse appearance and cleanliness alongside fellow Coordinators
- Manage international tour production /staffing /shipping /logistics
- Assist the SVP with touring strategies
- Hire “local” vendors, adjust merch contract if negotiable (invite venue or artist to sell)
- Retrieve settlements, cash from venues, and road managers
- Train each representative to follow FS operations & regulations
Client Management:
- Treat clients like family, find a way to keep them happy
- Evaluate Display and storage needs and offer help
- Offer trend knowledge and assist in product line build with Account Managers
- Regularly sit with our leadership and developers to further improve our tour software
- Evaluate, update, and streamline “Deals”

Special Requirements/Preferences:
- 5+ Years of experience in touring merchandise

Position Overview
The Post Production Coordinator is responsible for order management, order follow-up, maintaining quality control during the second half of the production process – ensuring timely delivery of jobs, facilitating shipping to clients and venues. The Post Production Coordinator must possess superior communication skills and attention to detail.
Essential Job Functions
· Communicates verbally and electronically with Account Managers and shops to clarify the details of orders and to ensure that client needs are obtainable and reasonable.
· Provide ship dates, transit times, and ship options to the Account Manager + Senior Production Coordinator.
· Communicates verbally and electronically with Manufacturers to ensure that orders will ship as requested while clarifying any questions or concerns.
· Receives, repackages, and ships products that are delivered to the Futureshirts office as needed.
· Communicates verbally and electronically with the shipping departments to ensure that correct shipping information is provided including addresses, priority, and other relevant details.
· Relay production challenges to all involved parties and Production Manager offering reasonable alternatives in order to keep production on schedule.
· Relay information to Futureshirts staff, clients, and outside partners via clear, established modes of verbal and electronic communication.
· Provides shipping options and quotes as needed and works with Account Managers and shops to determine the best shipping method for the client.
· Work with brokers to set up, track, and review LTL shipments.
· Verify shipment deliveries + resolve any shipping issues.
· Coordinate couriers, pick-ups, and other shipping/delivery needs.
· Reports accurate shipping costs for billing.
· Verify invoices accuracy and update as necessary.
· Work with the shops on any discrepancies
· Resolve any quality issues with shops and account managers
· High desire to produce quality products, communication and service.
· Provides exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, ensuring minimal challenges and expedient resolution to uncovered issues.
Requirements
· Support positive and productive communication with Sales Reps, clients, Futureshirts staff, manufacturers, and suppliers.
· Use creativity and problem-solving skills to devise alternative solutions to impractical or impossible orders and present those solutions to the client in a positive and helpful manner.
· Ability to make quick and defensible decisions and implement those decisions in a positive fashion.
· Understand the in-house techniques, calendar and staffing in order to assist with sales.
· Understand the products available from each supplier in specific detail. Also, understand the capabilities of the suppliers with multiple locations and how the geographic location of each will impact shipping to the manufacturer and ultimately to the client.
· Knowledge of domestic shipping procedures and requirements.
· Knowledge of international shipping procedures and requirements is a plus.
