Fox new TV pilots Zoobiquity and APB are now casting kid actors and background extras in Chicago, Illinois. Producers are looking for extras to work on Zoobiquity scenes filming between Wednesday, March 23rd through Monday, April 4th. Also, casting directors are looking for extras to work on APB which is filming on March 28th through Tuesday, April 12th.
Zoobiquity follows the unlikely pairing of a successful, driven cardiologist as she risks career suicide by teaming with a socially-challenged veterinarian who relates better to animals than people. They try to put aside their competitive natures to cure the incurable using a unique blend of cross-species medicine that’s never been tried before.
APB centers around the New York Times Magazine article “Who Runs the Streets of New Orleans?” and written by Person of Interest‘s David Slack, the drama pilot centers around a tech billionaire who buys a troubled police precinct in the wake of a loved one’s murder, asking the question: Can this eccentric and enigmatic figure’s cutting-edge approach fix the broken ways of these blue-blooded veterans?

An availability check does NOT mean you are booked!
Once we receive everyone’s availability, we will book people based on the needs of the production for those days.
2. BOOKING EMAIL
If you are booked, you will receive a BOOKING EMAIL. It will give you the details of the days you are booked to work. You must respond to your booking or you will be replaced.
If you respond to the AVAILABILITY CHECK or FILL OUT SURVEY, and don’t receive a booking email, it means that you are not needed for that particular episode. We will do our best to get a booking email to you no later than 48 hours of the shoot date.
If production has last minute changes, this can sometimes lead to a cancellation. We will do our best to book you at a later date if this happens.
3. CALL INFO
The day before your booking you will receive your CALL INFO. You can expect this email to arrive some time between 8:00PM and 11:00PM. This is because we do not get the official call times until they are finished filming on that current day. When you receive your CALL INFO email you are REQUIRED to respond. This is how we know you have received the information and that you will be there.

Dirty Dancing is now casting featured roles for an upcoming scene in the new reboot. The director is looking for Caucasian male actors to play club/resort owners and 1970s type of guys.

Rumors are spiraling around about the casting of young Han Solo in the upcoming Star Wars prequel, with online reports attempting to guess which lucky actor will end up becoming rich and famous after starring in the upcoming prequel movie.

Among them is Miles Teller, a NYU acting school graduate and traitor in the Divergent series. Teller, who is currently in Atlanta, Georgia starring in the new movie Thank You for Your Service, revealed that he never saw a single Star Wars movie before his Han Solo audition.
‘I Had Never Even Seen Any Of The Original Star Wars Movies’
Apparently, you can audition for a character in a popular billion dollar movie franchise even if you’ve never seen him in action.On the Happy Sad Confused podcast #100, the budding actor discussed his role in Fantastic Four and Divergent, and admitted a few things about his potential casting as the young Han Solo. Teller revealed that when he first agreed to audition for the part, he had actually never seen any of the Star Wars movies:

“I had never even seen any of the original Star Wars movies until maybe a month or a couple weeks before my first audition because I was like, ‘I should check this out’ (laughs). It holds up. Although it’s surprising he has been working in the movie industry for so long and managed to never see a single Star Wars movie, at least he gave himself a few weeks to discover ‘The Force’.
