About Shots Fired:

Shots Fired stars Sanaa Lathan (The Perfect Guy) as an expert investigator who digs into the cases, alongside a special prosecutor (Stephan James of Race, Selma) sent to the town by the Department of Justice. The pair must navigate the media attention, public debate and the social unrest that comes with such volatile cases, as they seek justice before the divided town erupts. The event series is scheduled to debut in 2016.

Once we receive everyone’s availability, we will book people based on the needs of the production for those days.
2. BOOKING EMAIL
If you are booked, you will receive a BOOKING EMAIL. It will give you the details of the days you are booked to work. You must respond to your booking or you will be replaced.
If you respond to the AVAILABILITY CHECK or FILL OUT SURVEY, and don’t receive a booking email, it means that you are not needed for that particular episode. We will do our best to get a booking email to you no later than 48 hours of the shoot date.
If production has last minute changes, this can sometimes lead to a cancellation. We will do our best to book you at a later date if this happens.
3. CALL INFO
The day before your booking you will receive your CALL INFO. You can expect this email to arrive some time between 8:00PM and 11:00PM. This is because we do not get the official call times until they are finished filming on that current day. When you receive your CALL INFO email you are REQUIRED to respond. This is how we know you have received the information and that you will be there.

‘The Walking Dead’s’ Finale Audio May Reveal Who Dies [VIDEO]

We may already know who was killed off in The Walking Dead season 6 finale.

If you were wondering who got killed off on Sunday, we have good news. A careful analysis of the audio of the death scene may reveal who died. On the season six finale of The Walking Dead, someone died at the hands of Lucille, the barbed-wire baseball bat of Negan, kingpin of “The Saviors.”

Unlike the comic book in which he was introduced with a violent bang. Sunday’s finale ended up being more of a cliffhanger as we saw the death of one of Rick’s gang through the first person-view point. This dragged out ending pissed off a ton of fans.

Spoilers Warning…

So here’s what happened: Someone on YouTube (the video was posted by Federico Trione, but it appears to be taken from this Tumblr) took the audio track from the episode’s final scene, i.e. the first-person view of someone getting beaten to death. You can make out a lot more than in the original televised version.

Based upon the video analysis, the audio track specifically points to Glenn as the victim of Negan’s bat.

However, can we trust this audio? Isn’t it possible that The Walking Dead edited the video to trick fans into believe a certain character was killed off. It seems like a messed up thing to do but, you never know what the TV show has planned. Especially when the show’s showrunner Scott M. Gimple swore that the TV series would take a “hard left turn” in comparison to the comics, in which Negan killed Glenn the same way as described in the comic books.

According to the New Orleans film commission, 20th Century Fox film producers are hiring crew members to work on the new movie.

Plot details are unknown at this time, but the film will be the third solo vehicle for Logan/Wolverine (Jackman) in the X-Men film series. Director James Mangold has said he is looking at Wolverine comic book story lines for inspiration, including “Old Man Logan.”

The film will reportedly be Jackman’s last time portraying the title character in the X-Men film universe. Patrick Stewart confirmed to Collider in an interview that he will reprise his role in the film. Liev Schreiber who portrayed Sabertooth in X-Men Origins: Wolverine told MTV that he’s in talks to reprise his role in the sequel.

Filming will take place start May 12th.

How California’s Wage Hike Will Impact Aspiring Actors

How will California’s $15 minimum wage hike impact aspiring actors?

$15 dollar minimum wage has officially been approved for the state of California and it has many people wondering what kind of impact it will have on the film industry.

According to the Department of Labor, the benefits of increasing the minimum wage include “higher wages sharply reduce employee turnover which can reduce employment and training costs.” And, “Minimum wage increases have little to no negative effect on employment as shown in independent studies from economists across the country.”

But, many people in Los Angeles are not confident that the minimum wage hike will be beneficial to the film industry.

According to a new report by The Hollywood Reporter, many filmmakers and economists believe that productions will not be impacted by the wage hike but, aspiring actors will find it a lot tougher to find jobs until they get “discovered.” From THR:

What will happen is you’ll have a smaller pool of waiters/wannabe actors to draw from.”

“Hollywood isn’t a low-wage industry,” says Economist Christopher Thornberg. “It’s an industry that has a lot of income and pretty good margins. What will happen is you’ll have a smaller pool of waiters/wannabe actors to draw from.”

In addition, many filmmaking professionals believe the increase in the minimum wage will be passed on to consumers making the price for tradition consumer good and production workers more expensive.

“Your standard person is going to end up paying more for your food, for the clothes you buy,” Thornberg argues. “A lot of the costs get passed through to the consumer. It will make living in Los Angeles a more expensive proposition.”

It’s reasonable to believe that more productions will be headed to states like Georgia who currently enforce the Federal minimum wage of only $7.25 and provide film tax credits of up to 30%.

By moving to Georgia producers can essentially save over 80% of the production costs when it comes to hiring background extras.

The Vampire Diaries is losing another leading actress.

When Nina Dobrev announced that she was leaving The Vampire Diaries after several years on the show, it sent shockwaves throughout the film industry and the Internet. Her role has been tough to replace but, another Vampire Diaries actress is reportedly leaving the TV series.

According to reports, Vampire Diaries star Kat Graham is leaving the Atlanta filmed vampire series after season 8. The news comes only a few weeks after The CW announced that the TV series would return for an eighth season. “Season eight will be my last season,” Graham told Us Weekly, which was the first to report the news. “But you know what, another season is a whole other year, and we’re going to blow it out.”

The Vampire Diaries has had a rough patch lately as the show was moved to Fridays and ratings have continued to slip. In fact, many analysts assumed the series was going to get cancelled after season 7.

Kat Graham, starred on The CW’s The Vampire Diaries for seven season. She started her career in the film industry by working as a back-up dancer in music videos featuring Jamie Foxx, Pharrell and Missy Elliot. According to reports, the actress sold a TV show to The CW which would make her the executive producer on the project.

X-MEN ‘Wolverine 3’ Open Casting Call

X-Men‘s Wolverine 3 is now casting cars, extras and non-speaking roles in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Central Casting is now casting background extras for the new X-Men Wolverine 3 movie. Central Casting is now accepting submissions for background actors to work with their cars for the upcoming movie. TV Land’s Jim Gaffigan Show is now casting a ton of actors, models, and talent in New York City to work on the hit TV series. Central Casting New York is looking for background actors to play hipsters on an episode filming this Thursday, April 7th in NYC.

About Jim Gaffigan Show:

Jim Gaffigan stars in this comedy series inspired by his real-life struggles to balance his family life with his stand-up comedy career. Gaffigan plays Jim, who is married to offbeat Catholic wife Jeannie, whose ex-boyfriend and confidante Daniel is Jim’s biggest critic. Also in Jim’s life are friend Dave, a single, aggressive comedian, and the family’s priest, Father Nicholas. ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 6 Finale Ratings Skyrocket

The Walking Dead’s season 6 finale hit a season high with over 14.2 million viewers.

Apparently, everyone and their mother wanted to see Negan for the first time. According to reports, the April 3rd episode averaged 14.2 million live-plus-same-day viewers over the course of the 90 minute episode. This is the second most watched episode with the first being the premiere back in October.

AMC struck oil with The Walking Dead as the show is easily ranked as the most watched show on television. However, it’s important to note that ratings for the season finale have dropped in comparison to the season 6 finale.

But, despite the high ratings, The Walking Dead season 6 finale is the lowest rated episode on IMDB. According to IMDB, The Walking Dead’s “Last Day on Earth” currently has a rating of 5.8/10 with over 9,000 reviews. And thousands of people have left harsh reviews about the season 6 finale.

Aaron Paul became an overnight sensation after the success of AMC’s Breaking Bad. Basically overnight, Aaron Paul went from an actor’s character who was supposed to be killed off in the first season to one of the most followed actors in social media.

But, sometimes becoming famous can become a little scary. Especially, when fans start popping up in places you wouldn’t expect.

While on The Late Late Show on Monday night, the star of Hulu’s The Path recalled when he was looking back at wedding photos and realized that there were people he never met.

“We didn’t know it happened until we started looking through photos of our wedding and we saw these three strangers,” he told James Corden, admitting he still has no idea who they were. “We had a 1920s Parisian carnival wedding and these people were just in basic wedding attire, and they just stood out like a sore thumb.”

He continued, “This one girl almost caught Lauren’s bouquet. She dove for it — violently dove, you could tell on her face that she was going to get it. But she didn’t. She was close!”

Fans try to guess who Negan killed off on The Walking Dead.

Season 6 finale of AMC’s hit TV series has left a major question unanswered and is leaving millions of fans wondering – who did Neagan kill?

The Walking Dead fans are bashing their fingers on their keyboards writing petitions, bad reviews, and Twitter expletives after watching Sunday’s cliffhanger episode.

Based on the comics, Negan is the worst villain The Walking Dead has ever experienced and he has finally made his debut. But fans who expected him to kill a major character were basically left wondering who died thanks to camera’s POV angle.

So Walking Dead fans took to Reddit to try and figure out who was killed off on The Walking Dead and their results are pretty interesting. Here’s what they found out.

Glenn died

Based on the cellocaster‘s analysis, The Walking Dead has decided to pull the plug on Steven Yuen’s character.

“Glenn. Shown last, appears to come from the center rear, which is where our POV was sitting. There’s a lot of other evidence to implicate Glenn: the final loss of his relative purity having brutally murdered Saviors in their sleep, his death triggering a galvanisation of his currently weakened counterpart, Maggie to rise to meet her leadership potential as has been repeatedly hinted at, the dumpster fake-out death with Nicholas, and the fact that Glenn is the one to scream out in protest to Negan, using up the group’s only “freebie.”

Eugene died

Based on Hexodus, The Walking Dead wanted to kill off Eugene because fans don’t like him.

He’s an upper-mid “rank” character in terms of how much fans like him. To go with an upper ranking character like Daryl, Glenn, Maggie, or Michonne? I just doubt it. Daryl is too fan-favorite, with a blank no-comic slate. Glenn already had his fake out, and to kill him again would make non-comic viewers even more outraged than this stupid cliffhanger did. Maggie, no. It’ll be a dude anyway, with all the backlash of when Beth died. Also why I don’t think it’ll be Michonne, but doubly so when you consider it’ll be the third of Rick’s girls who have been killed. Again, more outrage would ensue. AMC knows they need to cool it with the bullshit. An upper-mid character like Eugene would get just enough emotional response without killing someone better off. I think Abraham will get his next season, but not like this. He’ll die a soldier’s death. Also, to point 2…

Aaron died

The most incredible analysis, which is filled with graphics and charts, is Dynamaito.

At the end of the day nobody really knows. Not even some of the cast members on the show. We will just have to wait and see.

The Walking Dead fans are planning to boycott Season 7 after Season 6’s cliffhanger episode.

Fans are pissed off about The Walking Dead and the backlash has gone viral across the Internet. But, unlike many fans who are complaining about the cliffhanger episode. Several fans have started a petition to “show us who died.”

According to a Change.org petition The Walking Dead Season 6 Cliffhanger – Show Us Who Died!, Mason Cade Packer from Wellington, New Zealand is demanding that AMC shows the world who Neagan killed in the season 6 finale.

I would like AMC to show us who Negan killed in the Season 6 finale of The Walking Dead. We want this either in an interim episode that borders Season 6 and 7, or a short R-Rated webisode that shows us the death in all it’s bloody glory. Either of these are fine as long as it’s released before May 30th.

The petition has been online for less than 24 hours and it has 21 supporters but, based upon recent Walking Dead reactions, expect this to go viral in a matter of days.

Supporters of the petition have left comments about the Season 6 finale saying, “We’ll know who is dead before season 7, so just put the entire scene, AMC ruined an epic moment, that should have been so awesome !”

Michael Beatty from Brooklyn wrote, “Sometimes cliffhangers are warranted and valid. This is not one of those times. Most times cliffhangers are annoyances, this one seems more like a “haha we know you’re going to keep watching f**k you””

I want to show AMC that us, the fans are what keeps them in business and we are not okay with this.

It’s important to point out that this is not the only petition against zombie drama. Other fans are threatening to boycott the TV series forever if their demands for season 7 are not met.

Well as we’re all aware, the season 6 finale broke the Internet with outrage and frustration with how amc handled it with the cliffhanger. I want to show amc that us, the fans are what keeps them in business and we are not okay with this. I think if we all sign and agree to not watch the season 7 premiere those lack of views are going to hurt them so bad, and when I say them I mean their wallets because let’s be honest that’s all they care about.

They took the most iconic moment and stuck a middle finger in our faces with a cliffhanger. We want to be entertained, our entertainment puts money in amc wallet, our frustration could make some people stop watching all together, and they need to be shown that instead of seeing us all complain, so if you agree with me please sign!

The hour and half season six finale saw Negan’s group, the Saviors, hunt down Rick and the gang. The episode cut to black only to reveal the sounds of Negan beating one of the cast members to death.

According to Deadline, a new Latina-focused show, which is currently untitled, is going to be produced by Selena Gomez for Freeform. The new show is currently described as a teen girl living in a low-income barrio who is “destined for greatness.”

While the show is currently labeled as the “Latina Empire,” it’s important to point out that Lee Daniels, the co-creator of the real Empire, is currently filming in Atlanta, Georgia the female spin-off of his hit Fox TV series, called Star. In fact, on Monday casting directors posted a casting call for Hispanic actors to audition personally in front of Lee Daniels.
